Rainbow Play Systems Corporate Office & Headquarters

I purchase a playset for my new nephew late last year. It is already broken. We requested a repair 2 months ago and have yet to get someone out to fix it. Very poor customer service. This company will not be considered in future purchases.

We purchased a rainbow play system about 6 years ago and loved it all along. Anytime there was an issue the company came out within a reasonable time replaced or tweaked this and that. Amazing company and love the product. Recently moved and have another baby. Soon we will be buying another for the new little guy, besides our older child is 9 now and really misses the playset. I have seen similar plateaus at big box stores, but the quality and craftsmanship simply don't compare to a Rainbow. Thank you for a safe and fun product. :-)

This company is very unprofessional, I am not sure how they have survived. There are other playground systems that can easily replace them. You can find playground equipment at Lowes, Wal-mart, even Home Depot.

This is absolutely the poorest company, I have ever dealt with. There customer service is the worst. But most of all, they DO NOT honor their lifetime guarantee. This was why we chose this "upscale" company and product. What a mistake! I move often because of my husbands job and know people all over the country with children.
