Everyone at Pru-Fox knows that this Arbeit dude is bad news. When some Jerry Sandusky-type situation arises, though, you just know they'll feign surprise and babble on about how much he loves children!
Pru-Fox is always the worst real estate outfit in any area. Its realtors are out-and-out, in-your-face liars and seem to revel in their reputations as such. I don't know why anybody would use one to buy or sell. But go ahead and find out for yourself. You'd better be ready to shell out for a lawyer if you do, though, because litigation invariably ensues from any deal in which Pru-Fox is involved.
I just want to thank you again for scamming us. Sandy Yeatman took complete advantage of my family and myself. We placed our trust in her and her expertise, we didn't know how the real estate market works. You had us convinced that you had our interests at heart and you were not in it to just make money which was a complete fabrication. We think that you were fully aware that the home you sold us was not only smaller in size than you told us, but also had all the problems that we have been steadily fixing although we couldn't afford too, but had too. We've now had time to reflect on it and hope that you are ashamed of yourself. I am absolutely amazed that you could get any sleep at night. You are no better than a Bernie Madoff.

When dealing with Prudential please be sure to have legal representation. I cannot begin to tell you the trouble they have caused myself and my family. Please cover your self and do not trust anyone..legal advice is the safest most affordable way to go. We have lost so much. . . .have your contracts reviewed before signing anything. Just because they are realtors does not mean they wont make careless mistakes.
I am not a realtor, nor do I have any affiliate with any real estate agency. I HAVE, however, worked over the years with many Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors and find them to be very professional. The comment earlier may apply to the business practices of those two agents, yet it is in no way a reflection of the company or the thousands of Prudential agents who provide a professional service on a daily basis. You can find 'bad apples' in just about any agency out there. My advice is to always interview at least three realtors and ask around for referrals from friends and family who may have had a successful experience.
Pru-Fox realtors are the worst: Arrogant, ruthless & dishonest. I dealt with two of them from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office: Mark Arbeit & Lou Solomon. Arbeit writes testimonials to himself on the 'net with the unauthorized use of former clients' names. He also has a remarkably sordid past about which you can read in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Solomon lets prospective buyers know his sellers' bottom lines and represents in writings that he has disclosure statements that he later claims not really to have. Pru-Fox is batting 1.000 in my "Sleaze Record Book." You would be a fool to deal with any one of these swindlers.
Mr. Woulfe: Don't hold your breath waiting for an investigation into any Pru-Fox fraudsters. Some woman named Bonilla out of Pru-Fox's Mt. Laurel office just scored a spot on NJ's Real Estate Commission. Her job is to "nip in the bud" any investigation into what these thieves do. I actually had an investigator from the commission come to my place for a "look-see" at an oil tank deliberately concealed on the property I bought. She said she couldn't believe either that or that Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office never had a completed Seller's Disclosure Form the office advertised it did have. Not to worry. The members of NJ's Real Estate Commission blew off my complaint without even looking at it. The best thing we can do is continue to tell our stories LOUDLY.
