I have owned my machine only 4 months and is broke. Called customer service, Bodil Canchola had me cut my belt and disable machine even farther, lied repeatedly and 1 month later still without a machine. Very frustrating at the customer service I have received and lack of professionalism by this person. I spent a great deal of money on machine and at cricut website, some help resolving this issue would be great as Bodil does not seem to care about customer service or professionalism.

I am highly upset that I spent over $200 on a Cricut machine and a tiny piece broke off the door and now I am being told that they don't have replacement parts so Im just out of luck as far it working properly.
