My daughter works for potbelly and when she was hired they gave her the position of prep chef and now that the person who hired her is no longer there the new person which is a shift leader from another store cut her hours and now she dosent even show up on time. Also the other person who is coming a new shift leader gives out free food to his friends. My daughter has training in prep and also in culinary the only reason she is giving her a hard time is that they found out she is elipelic and I think that is down right discrimanation. Now today she called and is standing in the rain due to the person never showed up and now another person is suppose to be there and it is now 9:00 which she is to start at 8:00 to prep for the weekend.

The hiring process is a joke. The HR reps don't have the time of day for you unless they want something. Don't give out your contact info if you have no intention of follow-through or answering questions. Very unprofessional to just tune people out until you want something.

I no longer go to Pot Belly due to you no longer have the romaine lettuce for the salad. I ordered a salad a year ago after Christmas. I ate the salad but i kept trying to figure out why this salad didnt taste good like i'm us to. Then i discovered it was the lettuce so i went back to the registered and ask the gentleman was the resturant out of romaine lettuce he said no we're no longer going to serve romaine it anymore we're only having iceberg lettuce.
