Staff was rude when I only wanted to buy 2 additional pictures. Manager was nice but offered a $25 gift certificate which can get me nothing :(

Waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time, needless to say more than likely I will NOT come back ever again! That was the point in making an appointment so I didn't have to waste an entire day!

I purchased the recent deal of 9 poses, with CD. The Sales person never told me that I could not print pictures elsewhere with that CD. When I sent the pics to my local place to print I was told I needed Portrait Innovations release form. I called and the manager told me that there was nothing she could do about it and that I would have to come in and pay more to get the upgraded CD. The manager stated that she tells her employees that they have to tell customers this and I don't believe the sales person told us this at all. I told the manager I will not be back and her response is "well that is your opinion". She did not even apologize or anything, she just treated it as oh well I am not helping you.

I called Portrait Innovation in Chesterfield, MO to verify that the current special of $14.99 plus a canvas (worth) $29.99 would be honored until 9-3-2014 and two different rude ladies stated that it would not be honored because the sale ends on 8-31-2014 even though the website states 9-3-2014. I asked for a number to the corporate office and sad to say, I've submitted this complaint while on hold. I will spend my money elsewhere.

The portrait innovations in winter garden fl is the most nasty and rude ppl I have ever met in my life.i made a appointment for my sisters to take pictures in there cheer outfits with the trophy they won this weekend. We got there and the girl was so rude making comments that wasn't need non professional these are 13 year old girls no way or shape or form does it give a dress code to what we wear I WELL NEVER GO BCK NOR ANY OF MY FAMILY THATS FOR SURE!

The pictures look like you printed them at home & were so dark after they were printed. They will push you into buying more than you want. We were rushed the whole time.

During my session the manager was very rude and misleading while trying to order the pose(s) I wanted. Chattanooga,TN studio

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life taking pictures my family take pictures all the time my 1st time taking pictures at portraits innovation my son third birthday pictures are ruined my pictures suck his book is the same pictures over & over I cnt even take them serious we were rushed & my pictures was thrown in an envelope without me viewing them or anything I wil never use this service or refer anyone to u guys I'm disgusted just thinking about it

We were told a date prior to Mother's Day assuring us we would have our Keepsake Box before Mother's Day. We didn't have it for mother's Day. Now they don't want to take responsibility for their lies. We don't want to take pictures again. We Want Our Money Back!!!! We didn't have our Box for Mother's Day like we were told....... Now own up to your deceptive trade practice!

this place is a joke for one my 9month old baby fell out of a chair and the lady just sat there and said nothing when she told me to stand by her and was being rude because my 3and 4 yr old wouldnt listen to her directions like they was 12 and knew what she wanted them to do never again .

Set up a follow up appointment for my two boys. When we arrived they were running over a hour late on appointments. Was wanting the valentine card not one of the adorable props they have we're used. The billed me for services I did not request and are now telling me there is no way to reverse the charges. Will never go there again!!!
