Dear Pleasant Holidays, I just want to inform you that when calling the number and a travel agent answers, informs me that they will get back to me for prices etc via email. They never email back, especially the guy from New York who always say he will get back to me via email East Coast time, but he never answer. It makes me wonder if this is a legit company. It's really a bad customer service when a travel agent say he/she will get back to you and they never do. I would like the company to please investigate. I really want to use Pleasant Holiday for many of my trips, but cannot get a decent agent to help me plan my next vacation. Thank you, Chris Reynolds
