My wallet was lost a the Planet Hollywood Casino in Las Vegas on June 8th, 2012. I contacted the casino the next morning and everyday after for 5 days and I was told that they didn't have any of my belongings. I was staying across the street at Cosmopolatin and decided to go gamble a little at PH . I visit Planet Hollywood several times a year and I'm very familiar with the Vegas area. 2 weeks later I decided to call in to see if maybe someone turned my wallet in by any chance, when I spoke to te rep a lost and found advised me that my wallet was turned in on June 8th they date I lost it. I am very upset at the fact that I had I go with out my wallet, identification card, and credit cards for my entire trip. Ontop of this I had purchased various tickets for nightclubs and events in town that I was not able to attend. When I contacted a security supervisor at PH they where rude and not helpful at all. I feel that PH should of done a better job at returning my belongings when I called in, due to this poor customer service I will not be returning to planet Hollywood and will tell my friends about this horrible incedent. I plan on returning to town next week to pick up my wallet personally but will no longer gamble or stay at this casino due to the lack of customer service.
Kinda hard to enjoy myself when the restaurant is filthy. After about half hour of my food never hitting the table, a manager named Frank comes over to check on us. Might as well sent over a drug addict. Huy was coked out of his mind. Never seen such a mess in my experiance in ny. Never knew managers are allowed to work on drugs. Goo job PH way to ruin it
I had and my boyfriend had visited and ate at the Planet Hollywood inside Ceasar's Palace hotel in Las Vegas Nevada, Dec. 20, 2010. It was our first experience at a Planet Hollywood and it was not a good one. Though the employees were nice, the service and food were very poor. The place was fairly empty. Yet people were being seated all over the place. This made it difficult for the few waiters and waitresses to be efficient. They had to travel too far from table to table and from table to kitchen to accommodate the few people who were there. They also were not able to or just didn't want to pay more attention to those few people at their particular tables to be sure that they were happy patrons. After being seated, I had requested hot tea. I was brought the hot water without the tea bag. By the time the tea bag arrived (and the tea bag arrived on a napkin outside of its wrapper) the hot water was luke warm. I therefore had to ask for more hot water. I then ordered my food. It was the English Bangor Breakfast. The dish arrived without the baked beans. The tomatoes were cold inside, besides the skin of the tomatoes being charred. The mushrooms were raw and shriveled up. (old mushrooms) I had asked for soft scrambled eggs, but they arrived rubbery. I had ordered English Muffins. It arrived not toasted and without butter. Whoever the cook was he had no knowledge of what the term English Bangor Breakfast meant. This was just my dish. My boyfriend's meal was not much better. He had ordered wheat toast but got white toast. There were two other couples there who let us know that they were experiencing the same thing. Meaning, bad food preparation, not getting what they had ordered as well as poor service. I hope that this letter makes its way to those who can effect a definite change in quality and service of your product. Sincerely Gloria Lai
