Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I had an employ named emily at store # 027941 that was extremely rude when I wanted to make a purchase with a $100 bill, the joke is, pizza hut hires non money productive employees dominoes , here i come with my money! Pizza hut says no to cash!

I try and try to get the new items that are advertised at the store in Kenai, Alaska and the response is that they do not need to carry anything that corporate advertises. The only thing that this store has is pizza, none of the pastas, salads, or sandwiches, and it depends on whether they make enough pizza dough for the day. JUST BECAUSE WE ARE IN ALASKA DOES NOT MEAN WE SHOULD NOT BE GETTING THE SAME PRODUCT AS THE LOWER FORTY EIGHT. I have used my voice and posted my disappointment on facebook. Hopefully you will take action on this problem, but from what I can tell from all these posts is the once good place to go and eat and have fun is going down the shitter.

The service at pizza hut in Virginia on Hopkins rd. Is the worst! The manager is terrible as well. I wouldnt feed my dog from there.

We started going to the Wytheville Virginia Pizza Hut every Friday night two years ago until recently. Over the past several months the store has steadily been declining. Not only are the wait staff unprofessional, they don't seem to know what they're doing. The food is never the same twice and the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. Why is this happening? With all the competition it would seem that Pizza Hut would be trying harder not slacking as has been, no deals will get me back to this store, ugh! Hopefully improvements can be made real soon.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to get a delivery pizza from Pizza Hut in Falls Church, VA. Unsuccessfully. Domino's took my order in 30 seconds. Not calling PH again

why is the customer service in your Fairbanks Alaska stores so poor. I ordered a pizza and the call center hung the phone up not once but twice. and the excuse I was give by the manager is that she could hang up on whom ever she didn't want to talk to. I went through the site to make a complant and never receive a call or email. So I am not sure if the customer service issue is a local problem or if its corporate wide. After reading a lot of these post it seems like its corporate wide.

Order chicken pasta alfreado about 8 months ago, many times and alsolutely loved it: recommended it several times to colleagues and friends. Went away to Alaska for summer When I got back, ordered pasta at a local Pizza Hut, Was so very dissappointed in the dish. Did not even get one piece of chichen in order. When your business goes down and you ask yourself why, think about this. Can't recommend this to anyone now.

IF THIS PIZZA HUT IS IN YOUR DISTRICT, IT NEEDS ATTENTION BAD THE PLACE IS FILTHY AN FALLING APART, THE PARKING LOT HAS NEVER BEEN PAVED IN 15 YRS, POT HOLES EVERYWHERE WHY WOULD YOU WANT YOUR STORE TO LOOK LIKE THIS, ITS A EYESORE, DO SOMETHING FAST!!!!!!!!!!
