I signed up with Paypower via Taxact. So far haven't been able To activate the card because they say I'm entering the wrong Phone #? I should know my own number! And now they say They have to lockdown the account due to safety issue ? I think they are hoping I will get tired and go away! Lol Not going to happen GB

Such a poorly run customer service should be investigated by a supervise of a phyco ward, You never can just view your account . You end up ready to swear at your computer because of poor service. Visa should be ashamed to put name on such a customer SERVICE..?????????????

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They tell you that you can block the card in order to not have fees accumulate then when you call to unblock it they inform you that your card was cancelled not blocked. When I called customer service the manager was extremely rude and would not let me finish sentences. Be careful and I suggest you choose another company to do service with.
