Panera Bread Corporate Office & Headquarters

In McHenry, IL the Panera Store doesn't seem to be very helpful with issues or complaints. They apparently do not know the telephone number of corporate, either. I was told that by the manager. Anyway, I was going there daily and all of a sudden, I stopped receiving any rewards on my "mypanera" account. It's been 3 weeks of daily patronage, and not a single reward. The website also does not display a contact number for such issues. What a poorly runned company.

I am a hardworking employee of Panera and today, 12/15/11, our paychecks did not come through. I live paycheck to paycheck and was seriously depending on my money coming through this morning. If I come to work every day on time and do my job well, I don't understand why we cannot get paid on time. I'm so upset by this that I am about ready to quit and I've been with panera for over a year. This problem needs to be fixed because it is a huge inconvenience for the employees who work very hard and completely unfair to us. kjmbachman@gmail.com

Store in Knoxville,TN at Turkey Creek has numerous staff problems. Greg is inept, cannot do a schedule, manage time or people, throws things at employees, does not have enough staff per shift, is a sexual harasser. If you would drug test him and Michael you would see why there are so many problems at that store. When that store goes kinder look no further than GREG.

I go to panera every Friday and it never fails that they run out of clam chowder when I told the girl working at the counter about this she informed me that they are only allowed to drop a certain number of bags of soup and ifthey run out then its too bad mind you it is oonly 3pm And the restaurant closes at 9pm this makes no sense. The Ocala Panera Bread in Heathbrook Square - General Manager, Portia will no longer receive any business from me. I eat lunch at Panera Bread at least three times a week. Ocassionaly, I take my small well behaved dog and sit on the Patio with coffee and a snack. I see other people on the patio with their dogs. Some of them sit in the chairs and growl or bark at everyone that goes by. Some are well-behaved. About 6 weeks ago, I was sitting outside with my dog on my lap. He is a trained show dog and extremely well behaved, weighs about 15 lbs and is a Mexican Hairless (no fleas or shedding). An employee came out and told me the dog could not sit on my lap. I spoke with the store manager, Portia and asked why I was being singled out. She told me dogs were not going to be allowed on the patio any longer and signs would be displayed stating that. Today, I drove by the location. There were no signs and a family was dining on the patio with a large Labador Retriever. I just don't get why I was discriminated against. I never caused any trouble there whether dining alone inside or outside with my dog. The service and food is inferior to the other Ocala location.

I WENT TO THE ONE IN DEARBORN WITH A FRIEND OF MINE AND HER TWO KINDS. A LADY WORKING THERE WAS SO UNBELIVABLY RUDE. I BROUGHT MY FRIEND THERE BECAUSE SHE IS BARELY MAKING IT AND IS STRUGGLING WITH TWO KIDS. THE EMPLOYEE TOLD MY FRIEND THAT SHE HAS TO COLLECT $22 WHEN THE MEAL WAS $25. MY FRIEND WAS SO EMBARASSED BECAUSE SHE ONLY HAD $20 THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO LAST HER UNTIL THE END OF THE WEEK. I WAS SO ANGRY BECAUSE THE LADY WAS SOO RUDE! SHE WASNT SUPPOSE TO DO THAT. WHEN MY FRIEND CAME TO PUT THE MONEY IN THE BOX SHE YELLED AT HER AT TOLD HER IS THAT 22DOLLARS! THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT SHE GOT 4ENTREES AND CAN ONLY DISCOUNT HER ON 1. I AM SOO MAD! MY FRIEND WAS EMBARASSED RIGHT INFRONT OF HER KIDS AND IT KILLED HER. THE LADY THAT WAS SO RUDE WORKS IN THE DEARBORN ONE AND HER NAME IS JANICE. BEWARE

I contacted the manager of our Plant City, FL store 2 weeks prior to a Volunteer Appreciation Celebration to inquire about a donation for our party. The manager explained the process and the it normally takes 4 -6 weeks to get an approval for donations but she gave me the form I needed to sent to your Tampa office via fax as well as a letter of intent with our tax # and everything. The following week I got a reply that they would help us through a donation of 4 bagel packs for our event where we were expecting 50-60 volunteers. The bagels were the center attraction of our party and a major hit. Thank You all for your generosity and helping make our party a success.

Hello, just an observation. Recently moved from the Melbourne Florida area to Colonial Heights, Va. In Florida (the Panera Bread on Wickham Rd., General Mgr. "Matt"), we visited the Panera Bread establishment, almost on a daily basis; best we have seen. They provide a nice loaf of Raison bread that has some kind of a "glaze" topping (sweet). Here, in Colonial Heights (the store on South Park Blvd. makes the Raison bread, but does NOT have a "topping", on the bread. A GREAT difference in the taste (lesser). The Melbourne store also sold us a "refill cup", for $10.00, which allowed us to get a refill for .99 cents; here, in Colonial Heights, they will NOT honor those cups. (they said they "used" to, but no longer). As good customers of Panera Bread, we thought (errorneously) that the franchises would probably "follow" some kind of consistent product production, and honor the refilling procedure (that cost us ten dollars up front) like the other store. Obviously, the franchises are permitted to deviate from certain areas, if they choose to do so (?). I would think that if I ordered a "quarter pounder" at one McDonalds, it would be the same as ALL McDonalds - right? I know that if I order an "Italian" sandwich at one Panera's, it will be the same as the one I had ordered at another location. So, there appears to be some kind of "constant" that corporate has established for its stores. How about an update? Thanks, m. donavon, va.

THE WORST company I have EVER worked for...I got a job there because I was inbetween pharmacy jobs. I informed my Baker Manager that I was leaving, and I never heard from him again. The general manager (who has NO IDEA how to treat people, let alone run a store), was one of the RUDEST people I have ever seen. I have copies of all of the insulting and condescending notes that were written to us while I was there.

this, coupled along with the fact that i was underpaid on almost every single check I received from there. I attempted to contact the payroll department, and got the voicemail of someone named Mary Green. I left a pleasant, detailed message, and never heard anything back whatsoever. If this company thinks I'm going to lie down and forget about this, they are VERY wrong...

This is in no relation to Ms. Shannon George. But I really think that you need to look into how your employees are treated and the way breaks are ran at your locations in the Tampa Bay area. I am appalled after hearing that some girls have worked 9 hour shifts and are not allowed even a 15 minute break. I will not dine at a location where their employees are mistreated and I will tell my friends and fellow co-workers to boycott Panera Bread.

I real like eating at your restaurant but there always some problem at your us 98 north store in lakeland I always get the green tea tonight I took my order to go I waited so long I drank all the tea ask for a refill and was told no I get refilled in Tampa Orlando plant city south lakeland jacksonville why is it always some type of change at this location

My eighth grade class (1950 St. Rose) has been using Panera's private room for about 4 1/2 years now. We started out at the Panera on Tiedemann Road in Brooklyn, Ohio and went there for 2 years without a problem. Then because it was closer we chose to go to the Rocky River, Ohio Panera and have been going there for about 2 1/2 years. We went every month on the first Wednesday of the month. Then all of a sudden one month there was another group in our room that said they had been there on the first Wednesday for a year. That was not true, but because we didn't want to fight we said okay we would take the second Wednesday of the month, which we have been doing for about the last several months. Then the manager said we could not be there from 1-3pm, we had to start at 2-4. So we said ok. Then I asked them to be sure we were in for the whole year 2011 and the mgr. said she took care of it. Now they called today and said we could only have the room on the second Wednesday in December and January but anohter group has it the rest of the year. This is 6 days after the girl showed me a blank book that she was going to put us in for the 2nd Wed. So I changed it back to the first Wednesday.
