hi what happened to the king pow shrimp

Went to Panda Exspress in Melbourne FL. I order the Orange Chicken and the Mushroom Chicken. THese items are not suppost to have peanuts in them. I am allergic to peanuts and guess what I had peanut chucks in my orange chicken. I had to rush my self to the hospital after eatting it. SO if you are alleric in any way to peanuts do not eat at Panda exspress.I have a big hospital bill I want them to make it right.

Do any of you people writing these complaints actually expect Panda CORPORATE to do something about these issues??? Nobody can help the fact that only morons and slackers will work at their locations, due to the pay level. This is just the way it is, and don't think for a second that these corporate douchebags are going to help you in any way. What a world huh?

Myself and my children enjoy Panda Express we often eat there 2 or 3 times a month we visit several locations but the main location we enjoy to eat at is the one near our home here in Chandler, Arizona off of McQueen and Pecos on 5/30/11 myself and my daughters were wanting Panda for dinner well my 7 year old daughter always has the rice bowel with orange chicken with an extra scoop of chicken knowing that there will b an extra charge (NO PROBLEM) well this server named AMIRA had a problem with that, I let her know that I've never had a problem with any other resturant and she demanded to know what store it was. I didnt want to argue in front of my children and paid for our meal while we were sitting down having our meal I noticed that the server AMIRA was whispering to another employee while having a smirk on her face glancing at me then the other employee glances at me also. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WENT INTO YOUR TEMECULA CA STORE ON WINCHESTER, THE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF SONYA WAS VERY RUDE AND MEAN!!!..SHE SEEM TO BE HARRASSING ONE OF HER EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF EVERYONE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS RUDE, THE POOR GIRL WHO SHE WAS BEING MEAN TO WAS NAMED SAMANTHA AND SHE WAS LOVELY TO US WHEN SHE HELPED US WITH OUR ORDER, I ALSO FELT VERY BAD FOR HER. PLEASE SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRE THAT MEAN MANAGER, I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EYES WHEN I SAW THIS!..I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PANDA!!!

I'm a 20 year old college student who is more educated than my boss's boss and can actually speak english, unlike the majority of my fellow employees (oh yeah, and I'm a legal citizen). I've been working at Panda for almost a year now. First I worked in Palatine, IL. While there, I felt I was underpaid (did lead counter work and cooked), however it was still ok. I then transferred to the North Bridge store in Chicago, IL. While working here, my first manager threatened to give me a warning, although my register was accurate and he counted it wrong. I also had to cook on many days, while still being paid minimum wage. My new manager, Matthew, is great. He knows how to handle and respect people. But his boss, Ken, is the reason I'm quitting. I've always been the hardest worker at both Panda's I worked at, and I was constantly talked to about being a manager once graduating. Ken was the main factor for me quitting today at work. When I first worked at the Chicago store, Ken told my old manager, Brian, that I needed a hair cut although my hair was fairly short (Not even past my ears). I did it. Now Ken wants me to cut it again, and my hair isn't even long. I offered wearing a hair net, but he said I either need to cut my hair or work in back. I would work in back since I don't mind it, but since Ken is treating me like this, I would rather just quit. So Panda Express loses one of their most educated employees. News flash: Most Panda Express managers don't do anything. It's the employee's being paid minimum wage that keep the store running. Once you realize this, you will have better workers, because your smartest best workers won't quit. Also, Panda needs to adapt to the changing times. Maybe old people stuck in the past who can barley speak English, shouldn't be running your company. (I can't count the amount of times people have said "thank God you are" here because they can actually understand me and I can understand them). Last...I got my friend a job at Panda about half a year ago. He still works at the Panda in Palatine, Illinois. We were both hired by Jason at the time, but now a girl named Jenny is the manager. I always have to hear stories from my friend, so I figured I would just share them with you. Jenny was having sex with another Panda manager who was married until his wife found out. Now she is sleeping with another Panda manager. Also, this is after she has been very flirtatious with and possibly sleeping with an employee. (Just so your aware of what is happening in your Pandas). I guess this complaint stems from the fact that I know I should be able to work up front if I wear a hair net (How come women don't have to cut their hair?). Ken is breaking regulations by telling me that I either need to cut my hair or work in back. Ken has also discouraged my hopes in college, and told me I should just be a manger at Panda. I frequent panda atleast a few times a month and I beleive they have great service and great food.... however,I have aplied several times was interviewed twice and was told they are "piky" with who they hire. I just wish they had a better employment oportunity.

went to chicken express with my family on 3-21-2011, order the chicken tender meal, was eating till my wife found human hair in the chicken tender went to tell the cashier and the manager sydne which is located in bridgecity texas,didnt even come tell us i am sorry are anything she acted like she didnt care as much as we go there seems like she could of told us she was sorry, it really makes you stop and think what kind of service you are getting, and thats a fine example for a manager to act.

I was treated rudely by this older Asian lady how may or may not have been the supervisor.While placing my order i noticed the Beijing beef had alot of big pieces of onions and I specifically asked her in advance not to give me any or a few onions with the Beijing Beef cause I don't like the taste of them. She told me I had to take what she gives me and all the other customers would want the same. I don't know what that has to do with me plus nobody was behind me.... yeah but then she said onions are vegetables she has to sell them together... Ok after that she scoops up majority of the onions into my plate and gives me a dirty look and demands I pay for the food. I wouldn't even care if she did this if I had not asked her not to but the fact that she intentionally did this shows that she needs to take a customer service class over or a pay cut to come back to reality.

went to the panda express in Washington, Vancouver, the food was so hot when I went to taste it burnt my lip and caused a blister. Took pictures. I was told someone would get in touch with me. It has been over a week and no one has gotten in touch. The sever took a picture as well as me and assured me his manager would get in touch. I said I did not want to cause a big stink. But I felt they should do something to compensate me. But if you would like me to sue I will be happy to do so, since I took my own pictures and have witnesses.

i love pandas food and in fact i like it so much me and a few buddies sometime drive seventy miles just too get it. so i have an idea you should consider that would be great for outside customers that doesn't have a near by store. pre packaged portions of your best sides like orange chicken,kung pao chicken,honey walnut shrimp and so on. you could use your chow mein and fried rice with them and give choices and put them up at a walmart,safeway,bashas. its a great idea you might consider. keithparker13@hotmail.com

DON'T go to the Panda Express at Sycamore and Lobelia in Vista, California! The manager there, Baining, or something, is such a rude person to some of the customers and all the employees. I saw her push, pull, grab, and yell at some of the team members as well as talk down to them.

There are two hispanic ladys that work at the American Fork, Utah panda express that seem to be sick and they still continue to serve food. My mom and I went and got food there and now my mom is very sick with coughing and runny nose. I am very concerned that they could be making multiple people sick. Their manager should really take care of this and make them go to the doctors and have them stop working until they are healthy.

I am a concerned sibling of one of Panda Express' employee. The employee in question (who knows how many more) are requested to clock out at their scheduled time but yet they are required to work after they have clocked out. If anyone knows their Human Resource contact/phone number, please post it here. I would like to formally make a complaint. I cannot find any contact of any sort. Please help.

went to get food on mothers day,all food was tasting burnt,clumpy,nasty,called store,gave them info off reciept,talked to i think counter lady over phone,the manager was gone both times i called,they said she was running arrands,left my number and was told someone would call me back but never did.we eat their at least once a month and have never had the food this bad.would like someone to make this right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
