Unhappy consumer. I expected better service but if this is company policy then so be it. I have never had a problem with Hefty bags; I've been using them for years. We had a Easter egg hunt for the children and I donated 3 boxes of trash bags for the clean up, some of the bags in each of the boxes were splitting along the side, drawstrings were breaking; had to double the bags and continue with the clean up; they were used. I contacted your customer service through email and gave the bar codes and Karen offered an sent me 1 coupon. I emailed back to let her know of my dissatisfaction and her Supervisor John told me, "In order to replace multiple products, it will be necessary for you to provide us with the remaining product and cartons so that we may investigate this issue. If you choose to return the damaged product, it should be returned by the least expensive method such as Third Class Mail. We will be happy to reimburse your postage with a free product coupon."
Why should I have to wrap something, pay the postage to be reimbursed with a coupon?
UNBELIEVABLE! What ever happened to customer satisfaction?
