The individuals within this branch are RUDE,have no clue what they are taking about, and DO NOT HELP their CUSTOMERS!!!!! I WILL NEVER HAVE A PNC ACCOUNT AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM!!!!!!!!

We opened a business acct with PNC and a personal acct with PNC. I made a ATM deposit into our business actt then wrote a check against that deposit to move money into our personal acct. Both transactions cleared the SAME day but they reversed the order. They cleared the check I wrote then cleared the check I had deposited on the SAME day making the acct overdrawn. Then they charged us a$36 NSF fees for a $1 red box rental, a $22 Giant food charge, a $8 Subway charge. When I called they said their system can clear checks in any order and would not credit me the NSF charges even though I had nearly $3,000 in the acct. I have never had this happen with our other accts with Capital One or BB&T. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCT WITH PNC!!!! Their customer service gives NO service only a lot of fucking back talk.

All these complaints are correct we live in a small community and this has happened here I called the bank and the new people dint even know there was 3 names on my account......... Even after I told her 3 times who was on the account.... she was acting like someone on crack

if you fall on hard times dont be a member of this so called bank. i think the first qualificationis attuide, and then nasty, and then down right mean. I wouldnt deal with this bank again if it was the last bank on earth. things are so bad you would think they could at least be polite to people,when your not being inpolite to them.I cant wait to get them paid off.its ok I gave it all to god and he will take of them.I sure wish the big shots could read all the comments listed here and see how much they are disliked

Don't EVER be on vacation and have to call PNC with a question about YOUR account----There is only ONE WAY to VERIFY WHO YOU ARE--ONLY ONE-----They ask you what your LAST TRANSACTION AMOUNT WAS---If you don't know it TO THE PENNY AND DATE---they will NOT GIVE YOU ANY INFO OR HELP YOU IN ANY WAY!!!! You will be stuck with NO MONEY! If they don't correct this I'm taking out my MONEY!! your high school--place of birth---S/S number---or DOGS NAME will not help! seems like they do not want TO HELP YOU==PERIOD!!

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with for weeks they keep paying bills from my account and I have repeatly told them to stop this they continue nto do this now my account is overwithdraw and they are charging me fees daily and they refuse to let me close my account I am so upset don,t know what to do but I know one thing I will never deal with them again I wish it would have stayed National City

Will never bank with PNC again. They steal the money of hard working Americans. I will get on Facebook and any other websites I can to let the world know that PNC are theives in plane view. $324.00 I was charged by PNC after being told my check was availible to use. When I called about the fees they then told me there was a one day hold on my check. I have never been with a bank that has a one day hold on a payroll check. Tell everyone you know to stay away from these people who are not working to help us but working to steal FROM us

PNC Bank needs to revamp the entire team, Leroy Chalmers is VP @ a Branch in Chicago 108 Western, he is very sarcastic and rude!! I would like to speak with someone that has the authority to handle this situation that occured I was treated horrible!

WE BAILED OUT ALL THE BANKS.NOW IT IS TIME FOR OUR GOVERNMENT TO STEP IN AND FORCE OUR BANKS TO RE-FINANCE ALL HOMES THAT ARE BEHIND IN MORTGAGE PAYMENTS. WE THE TAX PAYERS HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED FAIRLY. THE BANKS HAVE OUR MONEY TO SAVE THEM NOW IT IS TIME FOR THEM TO RETURN THE FAVOR OR WE TAKE BACK ALL OF OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an account with them for close to 15 years. Started out with them being good and decent but they've gone to the dogs. Now it seems everything they do is just to hit you with a fee. I get tired of talking to their staff as they are mostly arrogant regardless of how kind and patient you are. If it's something that requires them to actually do their job and investigate something they either don't know or give you a reply that has nothing to do with what you asked. I had a card that was stolen receive a fraud charge. Called PNC and they closed it, and I got a charge a month later somehow on a card they closed. This time the charge was valid but the card should have been declined. The genius I spoke with would rather tell me about updating my card information with the company in mention rather than explain to me why they failed to protect my account by letting a charge post through on a stolen card. I explained to him that the charge they authorized was for a bill that wasn't even due till the following month. If it's not dealing with the idiots that work there it's spending time with the management re-explaining an issue and mostly they try to argue with you. I got news for them, it never goes well when you try to argue with a customer.

flat out bad . customer service is a joke all they want to do is talk down to you and pass the buck on .

PNC Banks in Cincinnati deserve less than a star, too bad there is not a negative star system :( Recently I deposited my daughters last SSI payment into our joint account w/o a signature and "deposit only" written on the back, just as I had done four times previously. *(And have proof*) Her check was always direct deposited until she turned 18. *Note: Her name has always been on my account since the very begining, it was required by Social Security. The check cleared and funds were available for a split second then were immediately withdrawn by PNC with no notice to me whatsoever! It was a fluke that my husband asked me to transfer some money into his account and I noticed this. Because I had checks out and had made purchases I wasted no time into finding out was actually going on here? Or at least tried to. I called PNC customer service only to be treated like some kind of criminal. I have been with PNC when it was Central Trust some 30 odd years ago, and have never ever been treated like this! After about 2 minutes of this nasty womans lies and excuses I simply hung up and drove to the PNC up the street. I spoke to Joey, who is obviously new at PNC, because he was kind and really wanted to help me. It was obvious he had not been indoctrinated in PNC's how to piss off good customers yet. Poor fellow. He said he would have his manager take care of it and she would call me the next day. By 4pm I decided to call her instead. She said they would pay any checks that were out and honor any bankcard purchases,and to see her when the check was recieved in the mail? and I could redeposit it. Sounds so simple....not! After being without money for 5 days since my intial deposit, I was a bit angry to say the least. And all while I am waiting for my check, I find out I am accumulating NSF fees due to PNC taking funds from my accout for no LE

PNC just bought serveral "Bank Atlantic" branches here in Tampa, FL. Weeks after the buy-out, and it appears employees are still scrambling daily, to learn/know all PNC policies and procedures. It takes an average of 30 minutes to talk to a rep, if you go in person to a branch location. And after sitting down with the branch manager with a couple issues, I was promised a phone call, with answers to my inquiries. It's been 8 days, and no phone call. I defenitely feel like making me feel important as a customer, is non-existant. I feel frustrated that I can't seem to get anyone to call me back when they say they will...and address the few financial/personal banking questions I've had since before the official buy-out, which was in April. If this is the minimal standard PNC seems to be complacent with, I will be transfering all funds to another bank by the end of the week!!!!!

First there was this woman from PNC HR who called me to say that in my job application I did not indicate what is the amount I am expecting for a Full Time Teller. I indicated that if they would call me for an interview, then we will negotiate the pay. I leave 2 messages for this person by the name of CRYSTAL. (Position was in Morris Ville, PA. She never returns my call. When I gave up on receiving any response, I receive a message after a few days yet from another person who says that there is a woman by the name of SHEELA who will call on a certain day at 2 PM for a phone interview. I cancel my other appointments and wait by the phone. Nobody called. So, I leave a message in the voice mail of the first person that I spoke with indicating that the woman did not call for the phone interview. Is she too busy or did she plain forgot. No response. I leave another message and no response either. The third time I luckily got CRYSTAL for whom I left 2 messages already(the person I first spoke with) and I politely indicated to her that it is not highly professional for PNC HR person to set an appointment and then not keeping it up. Even if they are pursuing another candidate, does common courtesy not dictate that you call the candidate and inform that the appointment has been cancelled. This lady CRYSTAL responds stating that she does not cover that area anymore and will send an e-mail to the other person and that was the end of it. She also represents PNC HR-should she at least not apologize on behalf of PNC? By the way, I applied to another bank in the area for a similar position. This bank is not as large as PNC is. However, they are real professionals. HR called me and went through my resume and provided me with a date for the interview and I went for the interview today. The Vice President and Operations Manager who interviewed me were real professionals. I would know the result on Monday. My gut feeling tells me that I will get the job. By the way, I am still waiting for a response from the lady SHEELA from HR at PNC. A RESPONSE THAT WILL NEVER COME! I just made my point which is, THEY ARE RUDE NOT ONLY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT ALSO TO POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES. KEEP IT UP PNC. ALL THIS PUBLICITY WILL SURE KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS.

PNC sucks this is the worst bank ever all they do is take your money. You are given false information by customer service on the phone and then the people inside the bank always tell you something else. PNC SUCKS FUCK PNC

PNC SUCKS BIG TIME!!! So I was broke all month, struggling to get money just to get my son diapers & get some food for my kids. I don't work but I get SSI so they deposit $1400 on a debit card every first of the month. So finally the big day comes & I'm soooo excited bc I finally have money, I go to a PNC atm and, while it did give me my $10, it kept my card! I panicked! I didn't know how I was going to pay my rent, get food, & get more diapers! I called the nearest branch & some woman rudely tells me that there's nothing they can do bc the maintenance guy already checked that machine that day & won't be checking it again until the next day. Then this b**** tells me that since it's not a PNC card, it probably shredded my card! I don't understand this bc I've always used PNC atm's & never had a problem. So then I call SSI customer service to see if they could do something. The agent tells me that since the card is no longer in my possession, I'd have to order a replacement card but I had to pay for it. So they're taking $30 off my card, $20 for the card & $10 for expedited service. I'm paying for something that I have no fault in! So a lady from PNC called me yestrday to tell me that the maintenance guy did not find my card so their atm did, indeed, shred it. The attitude she had is as though she doesn't care & she tried to rush me off the phone. Who's hurting here? ME! Who's fault is it? PNC's!!!

I had a MasterCard with Ohio National Bank (later BancOhio), for 38 years, when that institution was taken over last year by PNC Bank. Recently, someone made a fraudulent purchase to my MasterCard. I immediately reported the bogus charge to PNC's Dispute Resolution Department. However, I was treated with suspicion over the telephone, and questioned in a manner, as if somehow the transaction was my fault. In any event, the charge was cancelled. However, I received a letter from PNC stating that "they reserved the right to reapply that charge to my account, if the merchant supplied sufficient proof that the charge was valid". In other words, they really didn't believe what I told them. I told them that I am considering closing my MasterCard with PNC, as I don't like the way they treat their customers. On the other hand, another bank that I had a MasterCard with called me on the telephone and alerted me to a number of fraudulent charges, before I even knew about them. They immediately cancelled those charges, and were very nice about the matter. It was like the difference between day and night, between PNC and the other bank.

PNC...should be investigated. Their employees are obviously only trained how to pass the buck. They don't know their job or want to do it. They are holding a mortgage on a condo in our building that has been abandoned & there are leaks in the air cond. system that is causing mold & is endangering the health of the adjoining units owners. I've called at least 8 people & have been given the run around. It's impossible to get anyone to address this problem. I'm constantly put back into the electronic system. PNC is a disgrace!!!

SKIP THIS BANK!!! PNC BANK Rep Danielle deducted money from my account for payment on my mother's Visa account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. PNC Rep Danielle called in May, 2011 and spoke to my ill mother early in the morning for payment. Supervisor Erin advised me in April the accounts were RE-AGED and NO PAYMENT IS DUE UNTIL MAY's DUE DATE. I had to call the supervisor to get refunded. WHAT BUSINESS DOES ANY REP HAVE DEDUCTING MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION? I handle all accounts with Power of Attorney. I GAVE NO AUTHORIZATION. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW TO DO THIS AND THIS REP SHOULD BE FIRED !!!!!! I'LL FOLLOW UP WITH MY ATTORNEY. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE OR BE SUBJECT TO PREDATOR PRACTICES AND FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN. SKIP THIS BANK!!!!
