My Bad Experience
Loved this product for first couple of months when it quit working, they did replace the original unit which also had problems. Customer service said my internet was too fast. Jitter speed was too high and Packet percentage too high. Told me to talk with internet provider regarding problem. Internet provider could not adjust Jitter or Packets. OOMA Tech service response was to work with my internet Provider. Since the problem could not be fixed I requested that they take the product back and refund my money which they refused to do. The guarantee, if one exist, is not valid. I can recommend this product based on my experience and the lack of adequate tech support. Telling me that they are sorry is not worth the $150.00 I paid for this system.
