I would love to incorporate this NuMetrex heart rate motniornig system into my workout routines because I have no idea what my heart rate is or how to gauge my workout efforts. I am an avid runner, and I try and run 4-5 days a week at least 5-6 miles each time. There are some days I force myself to keep going and finish my route, and then there are better days where I feel so energized and I want to kick things up a notch by running faster and longer. Having this nifty monitor as a tool will help me know when I need to push myself more, and when I need to slow things down. I also workout at the Gym 2-3 days a week on nautalis. I find that a little more challenging on a couple of levels because I do have 3 young children and it is hard to break away to travel to the gym and spend the quality time there to get in a full workout. So on the days that I go get a full workout I do push, push, push myself to the fullest and I think I will be able to be more motivated and feel more confident about my efforts if I can monitor my progress with this device rather than try and figure it out by just listening to my body.
