Cluster!

Refinanced through NWSB twice in 2 months because they would not give us the lower rate first. They took money out of loan to pay fall taxes and did not. Loan closed and now we owe the taxes plus the 10% penalty! Bad business! Noone took blame for anything!

Heck yeah this is ecxatly what I needed.
