It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get your account CLOSED after jumping through hoops. The people working customer service must be like 10 years old or something or don't understand perfect English and use automated response. If my call to MYSPACE Corporate today does not ge my account closed after trying three times with their juvenile customer service then look out television land. I will be calling all the TV stations, news papers and anyone else I can get my hands on to blow the whistle on the MYSPACE custoemr service fraud.

Hey. Way to commit social networking suicide. The only reason I still have anything to do with Myspace is because it doubles as a pretty decent website for my band. That is until it was butchered in your new layout reshuffle. We paid money to have that site made. Now we might as well just scrap it and leave your joke of a website. I'm seriously not paying to get another one made. We'll shut down our account if you don't give some kind "Use old settings" option within the next couple of weeks. I'll add my opinion to a couple of others I've read. Your new so called new layout and improvement sucks. Every time I get used to the way it is, you change it up. Having the box at the top of the page now is very distracting, and I'd like to know if there is a way I can remove it. If you're trying to make positive improvements, then you failed miserably this time. I agree totally with Bob on the default button idea. If I don't like the new layout, then I should be able to reject it. If you don't fix this, then you'll force me to cancel my acct. and that is something I don't want to do, but you'll leave me no choice. Do the smart and right thing and put it back the way it was before you lose alot of subscribers.

Dear MySpace Corp. You just took a giant step backwards with your new LOOK. : ( to start the logo is lame, the idea of changing a logo look has never been proven fruitful when the problem is around terrible "marketing" from the above sources of MySpace Corp. On Thanksgiving I woke to have over 60 emails all to generate about your botched up new layout. If you were marketing what people/subscribers felt about MySpace and not the office you may find a way to pull your heads out of your butts. Changing the site will prove to being the worst mistake in MySpace's history. You will be seeing large masses of accounts being deleted. If anything you are pushing people to just go to FaceBook and forget the lame ideas of MySpace Corp and the ego's within thinking for the subscribers. Food for Thought: Instead of FORCING people to wake up and see the layout they have to be gone and the fixing to be not worth the effort. You should have one simple button. If you do not like the new look. You can click "default" and return at the subscribers wishes to have the MySpace they love. When you force people to have ONLY 8 friends showing up on their Home Page and they used to have a choice of 40. You are showing nothing new. Your showing something terrible. They had a chance to reduce the amount from 40 on down. You have around 40 problems I have documented. On the Homepage: You left the left side with a big gap for nothing. Just so you can show a box that says " Profile, photos, streaming, friends, comments and badges". When that info could be shown in the "My Stuff" location. This giving the space that subscribers once had that you robbed them for. Your advertisement: If someone is a model they should not see a ad for gardening. THINK people ! Your marketing to your subscribers is terrible. Who ever thought of this idea, did very little R & D. Research & Development for those who do not know. I can say one last thing. There are people that push their Myspace pages to making money. Today the day after Thanksgiving people are waking to Black Friday. Not for the sales. Today is a day of mourning for this is a dark and cold day for MySpace. The future of this company looks bleak. From the CEO and the people under the CEO. These people should sit down today. If your unemployed soon. It will because you forced a CHANGE on people. A change we did not need or ask for. The change need was in your terrible "Marketing" of MySpace. Even Twitter learn from the mistakes of MySpace. I recommend the DEFAULT button today to save your butts. If you find a large mass want the old system. Then as Nike says, " Just do it! ".. Or soon we will wont be seeing My Space. note: the GAP changed the logo to find it was not a smart idea. myspace is myspace and should remain. Horrible customer service. The moderators play favorites which is slanted towards racist whites on the site. I don't make these allegations lightly. A picture of a black person crying with the caption "no more handouts" was posted in the political forums. I tried to complain about it to support staff. I think that support staff turns over all complaints to the moderators who made took the inappropriate actions. The support staff informed me that the picture was not a violation of terms of service. But terms of service do state that posting of a racially offensive nature are a violation. The moderator deleted all evidence to show how unfairly I had been treated. I was banned for complaining about the hostile environment on the site. And support staff refuses to provide me with anything specific regarding this banning.

The new visitors thing that yall have on myspace.
