bad job
in December of 20013 I had a tail pipe put on my car with a year warranty. I have had rattling underneath the car. I found out the heat sheild was loose so I called monroe muffler on Tallmadge Ave, in Tallmadge, Ohio and i talked to the assistant manager who stated he would remove the heat shield at no charge but would charge me $10 to $15 dollars to repair it. Does that make any sense?
