Very dirty. I'm at the moes in dawsonville ga. If the health dept came to inspect this location they would get a failing grade. My suggestion clean it up.
I ate at the Moes in Bowling Green Kentucky and am Gluten Free which is one reason I went there to eat, they did not put on the food board they cook the chips in the same grease with the flour products so.... without knowing that I ate the Nacho's and got very sick they should put ALL facts on the board so if you are Gluten Free do not eat there it is not Gluten Free unless you only eat the fresh products alone and what is Nachos with out the chips, so now I am missing a day of work and sick for a few days Thank You !
My husband and I love Moe's food. The Rome, Georgia manager is really helpful and friendly. But I only gave it 2 stars because of discounts. They are only allowed to give military in uniform a discount. So someone who has been in the military 6 months and comes in uniform gets a discount but someone like my husband, who retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service gets nothing?? That is messed up. While I don't begrudge the new military their discount I do think my husband deserves one too. And all of the other retirees who served their country for 20 or 30 years.
I went to Moes tonight with my 2 kids. It was our 3rd time there and while the staff has never been friendly this time they were rude and unprofessional. First I asked twice if they put guacamole in my burrito. They sad yes twice and yet not guacamole. Next they forgot the cookies with the kids meal and when I went to ask the cashier told me he put them in the basket. I brought him the baskets with no cookies. He said they were on the side. I told him they were not and he rolled his eyes and threw two cookies at me. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I told him his behavior was inappropriate. He said Ok as he brushed me away with away. It was a very upsetting experience and I will not return.
I went to Moes tonight in Staten Island, I LOVE their food but today it was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. There was a game on the TV's and the staff was sitting around watching it while we waited a good 7-10 minutes, finally when I said something about needing some help they gave us a really bad attitude as if we should wait for them and how dare we ask to be helped or for them to do the job they were hired to do! I was completely taken aback at how unprofessional they were. When we were ordering they continued with their attitude. The guy who took my order didn't even take his eyes off the tv as he was puting the ingredients on my food and pissed a lot of my taco. Finally when we got to the register a girl took my order and with an attitude threw my reciept in my food! I was soo disgusted I asked to speak with a manager who was there all along to the side, the girl pointed to her and I explained what just happend (which took place in front of her eyes anyways) she smiled and said ok ok I understand and that was it. Needless to say I left with a really ill feeling about returning. Why give customers such a bad experience when they are the ones paying their salaries?! Do they not understand that? Horrible horrible horrible. Will NOT go back.

My son and I went to Moes in Loganville, GA Fri & Sat They were not friendly with us at all. They didn't smile the young lady doubted my son order had been paid for, she went and ask the guy and he told her it had. First of all we are not theives to look on as is very upsetting. Times have changed people have changed but for some they simply refuse to changed. The money was put on the counter not in our hands all of the to go condiments was not in the bag when we got home. I think it's a little rascium going on there.Which is bad because i want go there anymore. I work Downtown Atlanta, GA i have gone to the Moe's at pecahtree plaza totally different friendly greet you when you come in. No i didn't ask for a manager because with them acting like they did what was the manager gone do? I was very upset i'm thinking reporting that store#100 I shouldn't have gone back again that was my mistake it won't happen again and i will let everyone i know in on it. BAD FOR BUSINESS

Went to Moe's for the third time here in Stafford,Va...Third time of poor unenthusiastic service! More like they are doing you a favor to get your order! I really miss the Moe's in Gainesville, Florida....Wonderful service, very enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" which makes it welcoming and just plain fun to be there! Please send a retraining staff to Stafford...show them what a Moe's should be like!
Subject: NOT Happy Hope you are concerned! I live in Port Orange Fl. And I go to Moe’s at least 2 times a week. I work for 5 High Schools and I take a lot of people in. I always have the same thing. I get Joey Jr. just with Chicken, cheese and hot peppers. They know me in there. I went today with a coworker and the staff is very rude. They should not be at work if they are that unhappy. I had 4 squares of chicken and I asked if I could get more and answer if you pay for more. Then I told her that I just wanted cheese and peppers and she had covered the burrito with salsa and I said to her I didn’t ask for salsa than she takes her glove and takes it off. This was very discussing everyone else thought so too. I should have walked out the door than. Things have been terrible since Derek the Manager left. Last week I was in early and the music was so loud you couldn’t think. When I was done I spoke to Asst. Manager and she didn’t even act like she cares she just wanted to argue. I just can’t believe how she acted and she knows me and that I’m a very good customer. I told her I would never come in Moe’s again and she was a real smarty and came over to the table and stuck a sticky note down and had the name Christina for store manager. I didn’t ask for it. This place is really going down. The Help is not Happy and It Does show very Much. I hope you all care. Thanks, Lisa
My daughter got her first job at Moe's here in Alabama. She is 16 and loves the idea of working at Moe's. Tonight was her second night and I found out that she didn't get off work until 10:40 pm due to a lot of cleaning that had to be done. There were several teenagers working dilingently to complete the day. But I soon found out that the service manager had clocked all of the workers out at 9:40 pm. One, I believe it is completely wrong for someone to clock out another worker. Plus, having several teens working off the clock is another legal issue I would think. If one of those kids got hurt and OSHA found out they were not on the clock, it could be ugly. I am not suggesting anything because I will speak to the manager of this store in the morning. But I do feel that from a corporate standpoint this needs to be addressed, especially if this is happening at other locations. As far as the food and service, it couldn't be better!
I visited a moes location in loganville ga today. Food was amazing. Service was amazing. I go there regularly. But the female manager was the best. The young lady walked threw the entire restaurant checking on the customers. Howeverer when she cAme to my table her face lit up with a wonderful smile and said "hello my name is CorAll and I would like to know how everything is going. And she also asked if she could take our empty plateS so we could have space on our table. It was a great trip to moes!!
Once upon a time the viera florida moes was amazing until the recent changes with new management and staff. It is just a horrible experience and I literally walked out the other day. The little lady manager is just the worst with a discusting personality. The worst part about this store is they try their hardest to give the smallest portion when making anything. Sorry but for those amounts ill just spend a dollar and change for taco bell. Bring back old management please. You transfef them to palm bay.
Recently, I dined at Moe's southwest Grill in Wilson,on 3401Raleigh Road Pkwy,It appears that one of the employees brings her son to work with her and it is apparent that the child is not being properly monitored, playing in the Salsa at times putting his fingers in it an tasting , w/o washing hands, I feel that this establishment will loose business if this continues, and the mother seems to talk rudely to customers when they ask for a discount since they are not able to have salsa w/ meal. The bottom line, I feel the child should be left w/a sitter. Or just drop in after school hours and see if the kid is there, on the days that I have gone there he is always present, I really like Moes but the kid has to go.There is a time and place for everything.
