Does anyone have an address for HQD for this company. I want to sue them and can not seem to locate an address. I have the Registered Address and the Lakeside Blvd address, but courts tell me this (Lakeside Blvd) address goes to the legal team for them. Please Help!!!
First off i called metro pos corporate i was very professional and understanding about the situation with my phone. Corporate purposely disconnected. I am very unhappy with this company , they have cheated me.
Today your company took over my phone for over an hour for an amber alert, you have no right to take over my phone for any reasons for I pay for these service. I will contact an attorney and sue if possible, 321 208-1696 will close my account with your company as of 3/21/2-13 and look for another company or do with out. Not interested in being controlled by a cell phone company. I will voice my opinions on the internet. Have a great day.
I purchased two new phones for my husband and I in December 2012. They are ZTE Anthems and cost 199.00 each. Right away we had problems...could not hear caller, shut off for no reason, battery goes into a coma after charging to 100% capacity, could not be used with headset. My husband has changed his three times and I am on my 2nd replacement. I relied on the sales person to recommend a good product for our use. I am disappointed and upset that the phones don't work well at all. My husband is a truck driver and depends on his phone to work for his business. He has been stuck on the road not able to use navigation or make a call because the phone is deceased...yes he has a car charger, but when the phone decides it is not turning on you can forget it. I was given "corporate" number to call and told to ask for Nathan Poole or Dan. Well, the phone number I called is not a good number. I am hoping the number listed in earlier reviews is accurate. I really did not want to pay so much with a larger company, but this inconvenience with Metro is the other guys best advertisement!

Metro PCS dealers seem to be allowed to lie to potential customers. Just came out of a store at 300 E Michigan Ave in Ypsilanti, MI who told me Metro PCS no longer migrates any phones to their network. YOU MUST BUY A NEW PHONE or nothing. Avoid Metro PCS at all cost you can't trust what they say.
It's hard to get to real corporate today.In my day I was able to walk into Dale Carnige,Denis Waitly,Bell tetephone.The giants with a heart whos ideas business thrived on. I would be pleased if this was delivered to Main corporate and advertising headquarters.The secret? First of all, why do some people posting here give MetroPCS a five star rating and then say how bad they are? One star, is a bad rating, not five. There is a major problem with Android phones, period. All one needs to do is check out tbe cell phone forums to see that many brands of Androids, will end up randomly shutting off, not coming back on, etc. after only a couple months of ownership. Then the service provider, like MetroPCS, wants to charge you to replace it, or you have to wait up to a month to replace it. That's insane! The replacement phones, as I have experienced, can be worse than the phone you brought back! NO WONDER THEY HAVE YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WHEN YOU SIGN UP! There is something VERY unethical about the entire cell phone industry. I am having a law firm look into suing Google, who created the Android phone technology. Either the software or components are defective. I think all cell phone companies know exactly what is wrong and just continue
I agree with all of you.....false advertisement.misleading to the public...isn't there a law against that....oh right read the fine print..i am sure there are loop holes in everycontract...maybe somewhere down the road something will go wrong and you will about it .greed catches up with you at some point.
Was just reviewing customer feedback - would be nice to see some of the positive comments if they exist - a company with 9 million customers should have some (I would think) customers who have good experiences - the number of 'no answers' and 'defective equipment' surprises me, except that my experience with a much larger company also has yielded phones of suspect quality - I wonder if the NET10 and Tracfone folks get many complaints with their 'less expensive' equipment??? My assessment is that too many customers want too many 'bells and whistles' on the cheap phones - just looking for some good reason to consider investing in NC....

Same bullshit as most of you!Bought a new phone for my daughter about six months ago and starting having problems within about thee months or so. I have had to replace my samsung sch-i220 6 times! all defective! and the last time, the warranty was out so i had to pay $70 because they want to give me defective phones...guess what? 3months after the paid replacement, this one is defective! its stuck on "phone off" mode and cant use the phone for anything. so what? pay another 70 for a defective phone!!! ???
Here's one for you: I need to change my payment date to coincide with my check date. Told by 2 people, including supervisor that the only way Metropcs can change date is for me, the customer, to default by NOT paying my bill for 7 full days and then when I pay the bill, the payment date will change. Oh yes, I will be without service for those 7 days. WTF??? We can send people into space but can't change my payment date? Thank God for social media. May I suggest that EVERYONE who has had a problem with Metropcs put them on blast on all social media sites.you belong to. Expose the madness.

omg the worse ever i guess it is true you pay for what you get !!! very bad customer service you can never get a hold of a superviser or the corporate office they give you the run around for everything they are i a hurry to see a phone with no instructions you are on your own the minute you walk out the door with your new phone if it brake OH WELL!! then you pay again and it take 3 weeks before you get a new phone thats if they even order it for you im so like WOW !!! really this bad .
I bought motorola zte in 2008, purchased new phone so i put my very expensive zte away and used newly purchased phone from metro. my metro samsung phone began having problems so i tried to re-activate my motorala zte, never in my life having verizon service, my metro zte is now un-able to hook up the recorded prompts go to verizon. metro's explanation is that the programing code for metro and verizon are so similar that it causes confusion to the phone. In the meantime, i have no working phone and metro states they cannot do anything to solve the problem. I am tired of being robbed without a gun ecspecailly by multi-millon dollar companies. who really looks out for the customer/ consumer? when i try to get help, it's circles of empty promises- ring around the rosy. this is not right! i am outraged!

When our high tech jobs are being outsources to India where the average pay is about 30% of U.S. wages, I am highly offended that Metro PCS uses Indians/Pakistanis in their commercials. Although I had to pay a cancellation fee, I cancelled my Metro PCS service and will NEVER use them again. Join me and BOYCOTT Metro PCS!
I just filed a FCC complaint and i willbe suing them in a civil court as well. They took my payment on the 28the of Feb 2011. disconnected my service 03/04/2011 and request that i make another payment....I will see you in court metro peace...OF....$#$%%
Company stole my money and my old phone number they locked out my account my phone did not work and they charged my card 60.00 and said that they cannot refund my account because they changed the pin which they claimed was my issue not theirs. totally useless company and they need to be sued for fraud. I am posting everywhere that I can about the fraud that they do..
