I would like to bring to your attention my extreme displeasure with my recent service. My service consultant neglected to inform me that an alignment can range in price. I was told, and consented to a $149 alignment. When my service consultant called to tell me my car was ready, I was then informed I had been charged an extra $202 for adjustments. My consent for these adjustments was not received before they were made, nor was I informed that I could be charged for further adjustments in addition to the $149 alignment. I expressed my unhappiness to my service consultant and received an apology and acceptance of fault, which I appreciate. However, my service consultant made NO attempt to rectify his mistake. An apology alone does not change the fact that I payed $351 for an alignment I was told would cost $149, and left Mercedes (a name a I hold to very high expectations) with feelings of being taken advantage. This would not be the first time I felt discriminated against for being a women, and charged more than I have been told at a car service; but I NEVER expected this from Mercedes. Mercedes of Henderson has lost my future business and will be receiving a very poor review to all those I know.

The Mercedes Benz of Memphis service department has the worst attitude in the world. This dealership has no problem treating customers awful and maybe it has something to do with the fact they have a monopoly in Memphis, Tn. I am seeking other places or dealerships that maybe competent at servicing Mercedes Benz. I call to ask questions and they act as if I should already know the answers and it is frustrating to do business with them because they act too important. I have received better service and treatment from the corporate office when I have called with question and concerns and I expect the same treatment when I am dealing with my local dealership. how do i reach a person at your headquarters in new jersey? i have a mercedes ml320 that i love and adore (year 2002) and the GPS systems DVD-ROM quit working - not the machine itself - just the DVD. i am a realestate broker and i use this every day and need it now. where can i get another one of those flat plastic DVD-ROMs for my car. surely in some computer somewhere you have one you can copy and i'll come pay and pick it up at your headquarters or nanuet sales or where ever you indicate. they keep telling me i have to buy a WHOLE NEW MACHINE which is impossible ($3000 !!!) to replace a plastic disk? my phone is 914 450 2929. please someone call me and tell me how to get one ? thank you. sincerely, katherine norris
