i went thur drive in window at store6515 the address is 904 watson rd arlington texas i order 2 shakes and they were runny like water and ask if they could make them over not so runny they said no that would still be runny so i ask for my monney back and the manager snacth the shake out of my hand dont go here they are rude and lazy
I stopped at McDonalds with my family order our food through the drive thru. We checked the order but not good enough. We got home to eat a 3 min drive away from the resturant. We are missing 1 box of 10pc nuggets for kids. So I go back, go inside told the guy in the different color shirt (BLUE) missing just the nuggets and this is not the 1st time I have had this issue with my order he was nice about it but the lady putting the food in the drive thru bag orders said no they were in there and that was QUOTE (BULLSHIT) So I said its not (BULLSHIT) this is not the 1st time. Now we will be going to the WHATABURGER across the street.
Your tax day freebies was not honored at the Mcdonalds On Saginaw Blvd, Saginaw Tx. They acted like they never heard of it. I should have taken a computer print out telling about it. This happened 4-18-11. Any way I walked out and went to Wendy's. My son called to tell me about it, as he heard it on the news, then I pulled it up on line. Eileen Turner
Please allow me to vent. I visited your corporate headquarters as part of a tour group from our city on March 30. While the grounds are very beautiful, perhaps it was the wrong time of year to visit. We would have enjoyed more time being shown around the grounds. Instead, after spending time in the McDonald's founders' display area and viewing the showcases, we walked the halls with a tour guide and viewed the artwork. We all looked forward to lunch after the exercise, only to be taken past all the lovely dining areas and into a replica of a McDonalds Restaurant, similar to that in our city. Imagine our disappointment when we were served a hamburger and fries - for this we paid $95 (which included the bus fee). If that wasn't bad enough, we had to endure over an hour playing Bingo with prizes consisting of McDonalds pins, McDonald's t-shirts and two McDonalds games. Sorry, but McDonalds left a bad taste in my mouth.
horrible horrible service no matter where i go they always forget sauce and it really does ruin the entire meal! it's ridiculous! all the workers have to do there is remember your order and put it into the computer correctly and the people who bag the food have to read the receipt to see what you ordered. is it really that difficult? If they forget something they should make it a point to give you a refund or a gift card because it happens far too often and its not just one or two locations its everywhere i swear! its so crazy that they can screw up that badly and people still go there everyday to eat! I also banned eating there all together!
I am so angry and disspointed every time I make a purchase at mcdonalds and open the BAG half of my order is WRONG!!! How can this happen every time? Do you not train your employees properly? If you charge me extra 25c for a BBQ sauce then MAKE SURE you put it in there!!! And if I ask you for it 2 times and you confirm to me that it is in there MAKE sure you put it in there!!! THAT IS ALL I AM ASKING! I have opened my bag and there is NO STRAW!!! I can go on and on.... Also I have heard employees cussing outside while they are cleaning up and I had to roll my windows up so my daughter will not be exposed to such profanity. On a recent vacation in St. Maarten in the Caribbean my husband and I visited the McDonald's in Philipsburg. We stopped in to buy a drink and use the restroom only to find both the men's and the women's cubicles blocked and unusable. The urinal in the men's washroomm was still in working order. This being a family restaurant we found it quite unacceptable for the washrooms to be in this condition. We trust this matter will be looked into.
I go to the McDonald's in Lillington,NC. There they treat people with respect. They know me by name. I always get great service. The customer is always right, what I heard an employee's said one day. very clean area. no complaints from me.
Here's some cold, hard feedback you should use in training new employees: as a result of consistently poor quality service, at my local McDonald's in Menlo Park, I am swearing off your food! Every time I send an employee over there to buy Chicken McNuggets w/Honey Mustard sauce, your employees put packages of plain honey, in there. This time, I was just too sick and tired of it, to even both wasting my employee's time, going back for the right stuff. I decided to just eat them plain. BIG MISTAKE! Now, I am swearing off McD's entirely. They are tasteless, fried mush! I now realize, it was only the honey mustard dip, that made them taste like something good! Too bad, so sad......it's scary, as a business owner, to be reminded how damaging, one, stupid, careless, little thing, any random employee can do, without thinking, can totally loose a customer. What you spend millions on trying to create, they can destroy in the blink of an eye. Good luck with that!
I just got done eating what some might consider food at the local Mcdonalds. After my wife and I placed our order, we sat in the drive-thru at the window for almost 10minutes. There was no one else in the drive-thru or inside. We sat and listened to the manager and another employee talk about unemployment and medicaid using some very strong language. Im not a prude but I dont think using the F and s word is appropriate in front of customers. When we returned home we sat down to eat our dinner and everything was cold. The fries tasted like they were cooked hours before, we couldnt eat them. I was extremely upset that we waited for so long and couldnt even get fresh food. So I decided to call and make a complaint to the manager. When I called i spoke with the so called manager who proceeded to claim that everything was made to order which was not true. I told him that I was not going to drive back to get new food because this is a regular problem with this particular store. He then told me to F*** off and hung up the phone. I would like this problem addressed, this is completely unprofessional and I cant even begin to explain how upset I am. Until something is done I will not eat at any other McDonalds and will think seriously about taking this further if need be. I live in plano tx. and the mcdonalds we went to is on 605 E 15th st. Plano TX. 75074. Store #2803. My husband went through drive tru and came home, and we where missing two hamburgers,while we where talking i put a frie in my mouth and i just had to spit it out. The french fries was the most nasty thing ever, horrible taste and it just felt like if i was eating rubber, im not kidding!! I was very upset and i called the number and the time was 10:36. i talked to the manager called polo and i told him my situation and kept telling me,-m sorry im sorry im closed come back tomorrow,we close at 11:00. my order is wrong, im missing 2 hamburgers i want my order right.. he kept telling me no sorry im closed come back tomorrow. im still mad about it, i have never had complain about mcdonalds. im going to make sure i call coorpatare bc this is not right! i paid for my food and got over left fries ad my order wrong!
i was recently in a mcdonalds restaurant and ordered 6 apple pies. the cashier did not know what she was doing and after she messed up my order she didnt give me my change. i proceeded to make another transaction I ordered a drink, she took my money and closed her drawer and was about to walk away and did not give me my cup, they also did not give my mother her cup for her drink, the service was poor and slow and this was not the first time
I have just recieved a Mail flier with coupons for 6 different items, which was very nice. One small problem,its in Spanish, I DON'T speak Spanish. Last I knew I leaved in the United State of America and not Mexico, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, or anyother country that doesn't speak English. If your company is going to send out fliers in the U.S. I for one would appreciate them in English. I live in Orlando, Fl. remember Mickey Town?
I am very sad that my hamburger empire has fallen into the hands of the lazy, uncaring youth of today.And even worse, the adult supervision that supposed to train them and make sure they are performing their job duties correctly , are letting this happen.
I currently Work At the mcDonnalds on court street pekin il 1013 to be exact > I have Worked there for 8 months . Now To Explain i am 29 years old and have worked in resturants all of my life . I have never been treated as badly as i am treated there . the management talks to its employees like they are dogs and calls them names and even berates them in frount of and to other employees . this is just simply rediculus if there were any other jobs avalible i would gladly take it . but unfortunatly theres not . i have asked for the home office number to speak withj someone higher than the in store managment and have been told " you dont need it " i have tried to have these issues resolved through the instore management to no avail i hope this can be solved and i will be getting thie number to the home office one way or the other i hope that what i do and say has an impact on the way employees are treated in the very near future . thanks for letting me rant .

OUR FRIENDS AN MY HUSBAND AN I USE TO GO TO MAC DONALDS EVERY MORNING FOR THE SENIOR COFFEE AN A BREAKFAST SANDWICH OFF THE DOLLAR MENU. NONE OF US GO THERE ANY MORE CAUSE THE PARKING LOT IS FULL AN WE WOULD HAVE TO PARK IN THE BACK WHERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPPOSE TO PARK. THEY ALL PARK IN FRONT, I HAVE EVEN SEEN ONE PARK IN THE HANDYCAP PLACES. IT IS SO ICEY NOW AN THAT IS ALITTLE MORE THAN TWO OF US CAN WALK WITH ICE AN SNOW. SO NONE OF US GO WE TAKE TURNS AT EACH OTHERS PLACES. MY SON GAVE ME THIS E MAIL TO LET YOU KNOW WHATS GOING ON. IF THERE WAS NOTHING ON TV AT NIGHT SOME OF US WOULD MEET THERE AT NIGHT ALSO, AN JUST TALK. TIMES SOME EVEN BROUGHT THEIR GRANDCHILDREN IF THEY WERE BABYSITTING AN THEY ENJOYED THAT. There are four registers and only one is working. They take forever to take your order and also to give your food. Fries get cold while waiting for the burger. Please do something about it! We told the manager in charge, but she just didn`t care.
We thought it was a wonderful idea to celebrate my nephew's 6th birthday at Mac Donalds Palm Beach, Aruba but we were in for a terrible surprise ! When we arrived we were informed that the grill broke down which meant NO HAMBURGERS could be served, we could not be seated outside because it had rained prior to our arrival no such thing as drying off the tables & chairs.....the service was very poor only one help we had to wait on everything or get it ourselves !!!! Then came the time for the cake guess what NO MATCHES could be found to light the candles a staff member was send across the street to buy them while we waited patiently..... at the end we had to beg for the toys that come with the happy meals they forget to give them out to the kids !! One thing they did not forget the bill at the end we paid and left never ever again to have any sort of celebration at Mac Donalds Palm Beach Aruba TERRIBLE SERVICE,TERRIBLE staff pls shape up!!!!! I was in your restruant in Cookeville Tn at the Walmart. My food was fine and the service was too, however the boy who filled my order had his girlfirend (assuming) in there and other guest (friends maybe) as they left and as he handed me my order he leaned over the counter and KISS her good bye. TOTALLy wrong and he was not alone in the restruant he had co workers in there and one was dressed in maybe mangement. It was between 3 and 4 pm.. I just think this was wrong and should be addressed. If he is not adult enough to know that is bad behavior in the work place maybe you need a better manager.!!!!
