Mavis Tire Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to get an oil change whe alignment inspection n new rear struts brought it in tuesday they called me said it was done wednesday at 1 went to get it n nothing was done except the struts however the left one they put in they said was shot n my car was banging loud n the right one is going after two weeks! They left me go home like that! I had to find a new mechanic

I went to Mavis for 4 new tires @ $149.99 ea & after 5 hours & $823 later I had a new tie rod tat I said no to & would come back 3 days later when I had time & an alignment I didn't give the ok to. Oh yeah & a new lug nut because they lost one& it took 1.5 hours to get 1 delivered. There were many angry consumers there during that time & I'm sure they as myself will never spend another dime there!

Went for service they body damage my car and to get them pay I force to use small claim corporate ony sticks with theirs store refuse to take responsibility. DO NOT GO. There. Tires go to sears. And oil etc jiffy lube

I took my car to mavis for new tires and literally watch the entire shop of mechanics try to steal from me. They put a wet substance on my strut and quickly called the cashier to tell me my strut was completely blown. Thankfully, I was aware of their criminal behavior and called my dealership that honors my warranty to look over my car. My strut was 100% is great working order. Mavis refused to do a four wheel alignment until they could replace my strut. Therefore I took it to trusted mechanics to do what needed to be done. I have never felt more violated in my life!

I got 4 new tires on my nissan armada truck a few weeks ago, i have brought my truck in 3 times now and it still shakes, but it never did till they work on my truck, they told me on 08/07/14 that my tires need to break in, whatever that means i called my brother this morning cause he is a mech, in conn he thinks its a bad tire, i just want my truck to be fixed..

My review may equal a lopsided level of satisfaction, since I recently made a purchase of four tires at a local outlet in New Windsor, NY, which quoted a set final price then changing it to a higher cost upon my returning to pick up my vehicle. I was never informed that new air stems were to be placed on tires, and was made to pay for something I had not been informed was going to be done or charged extra for.
