A 2008 Toyota with 27,500 miles on it would still be under warranty. I would take it to the deaelr and tell them that you belts squeal first thing in the morning. I doubt that you need to have the belt replaced, I have a 2007 Corolla with 77,000 miles and the belts have only recently been replaced.This should not cost you a dime, if it does tell the deaelr you are going to complain to Toyota.
