I just had the worst massage I have EVER had at one of your locations. I'm waiting to be contacted by the District Manager today and, in the meantime, attempted to contact your headquarters by phone but the number is "no longer in service". I'd like to speak to someone live and am hoping this will initiate a live conversation!

I had an absolute terrible massage 4 days ago and my left are is numb. I have called several times and have gone no where... Horrible

Iam a 90 year old women I have gone three times and want to cancel my member ship. They are telling I can not without a letter from my doctor.

The massages are mediocre, the turnover of masseuses is so rapid, you have no idea whether or not the last person you saw will be there. I have now tried to quit this service. First, the store told me I had to fill out a form. Now the store tells me the form was unsigned. So they need another credit card (for monthly draws) on file. Can anybody say Target? These people will waste your time!

Company claims to offer prenatal massages but then refuses to give them and won't let me out of my contract. Will be reporting to BBB along with seeking legal remedy.

I received a promotional certificate for a gift. I have tried for three weeks to make an appointment - apparently, they over sold the certificates and I cannot get an appointment until after the expiration date. The customer service is very poor, full of excuses, and they do not try to help you. I work for a large school district and a county government center, I will make sure that I let everyone know to avoid this company. Too bad the company is not interested in providing good customer service.

The massage therapist were awesome. But the receiptionist staff was totally unprofessional, harassing and lack customer service, the manager was the worst of all (Pam) when we tried to complain to the manager she didn't care was the worst of all. I have been a Message Envy member for one year and I would never sign this contract again. I had to cxl due to financial troubles and a couple weeks prior to the final cancellation date I received a call to set up an appointment for my last two sessions. No one told me when I canceled or even when I received the phone call that I would lose my last two sessions after Dec 30th. When I called in today the person whom I spoke with made me feel like it was my fault and I will not see these sessions. What happened to good old fashion customer service. Word of mouth referrals is where I get my best business. I guess Message Envy has no worries about good referrals. Very disappointed!

I was harassed with phone calls every day to get my credit card information..they couldn't wait till my appt. then they said they couldn't hold my appt without my credit card info. Once I got that there for my appt. I was pounced on when I walked in the door for my credit card and had to pay and do gratituty before my massage. I was totally turned off by this and will never go back ever again!

I purchased a monthly massage service for my wife and we got behind 1 payment but had 3 massages paid for already and the owner of the Rio Rancho NM location on Crestview DENIED me setting up a massage for my wife till the account became CURRENT. We paid for this service and will be cancelling after 1 year in 7/14 FOR SURE>>>>What a SCAM>>>>

They are the worst when you want to cancel your membership. It is such a headache. You have to fax it or go back to where you joined. I faxed in the paperwork and if course they don't have it, so I have to fax it or come in to cancel, really. Do yourself a favor DON't JOIN.

Please my time is important. Delete the position postings as they are filled per location! Easy and professional is my recommendation.

Save time, aggravation, and your money go somewhere, where they take pride in customer service and treat customers with respect. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.

This is by far the best location, the therapist are very knowledge and professional. I've seen a couple estheticians and boy are they smart!! The products they suggested me have shown wonderful results. The front gets very busy but the girls handle it well. I enjoy this location most, and I've been getting massages and facials for almost seven years. Good job ladies and gens!

They never returned called back.

I visited Massage Envy in Portland for the first time on my birthday in June. The front desk personnel were professional and polite. My massage therapist was excellent. I highly recommend this location. I have had massage therapy over the past 30 years and know when the service is good.

I live in Elk Grove, Ca and the customer service is horrible. I spoke to a girl named Brittney on the phone and she was extremely rude. I left a necklace there and I called to see if they could please look for it. They said they were busy and would get to it when they could. Now, this necklace is extremely valuable and sentimental and the girl was so horrible I am canceling my membership and not going back to that one.

I have been with Massage Envy when they opened their doors and I am seeing the one in Garland, Texas ruin the business. I have been with my therapist for 4 years and seen over 10 managers, 29 front staff and now they have a manager that is rude and they do not train or pay their employees enough money to stay with the company. The owner here seems to just take the profit and don't care about the customers. And I never see them change and put a clean blanket on the table while I am waiting. I hope the Corporate reads this because I will be sending a letter as well.

My fiancee and I have a membership. We signed up at the corinth location but moved closer to Dallas and started attending the Coppell location. After attending this location for a couple of months we were hassled today and told we could not receive our massage because we have no I.D. even though we had our member cards. Finally after arguing with management we were able to get our massage. My fiancee went home to get his I.D. to prove who he was and at that point was told he is no longer allowed at that location. The management was extremely rude and do to that we are cancelling our membership as well as telling everyone about our experience.
