I have enjoyed fine service , in a timely manner in Macy's at Altamonte Mall Altamonte Springs , Florida & Oviedo Mall Oviedo ,Fl. Seattle Washington New Port Beach, Calif. at the Atrium New York, New York . I have enjoyed shopping always at Macy's stores through out the United States. Thank you , Macy's for fine employees that have made shopping a pleasurable experience for my friends and I. Thank You for the Christmas Parades throughout the year . Thank you for all the visual pleasures through out the stores and throughout the year.

Does NOT even deserve 1 star!!! I am a manager at a store similar to Macys in Canada. I was behind a shoe sales rack so the sales people could not see me but I could HEAR them. They were bad mouthing another salesperson and making fun of her and the profanity, this went on for about 15 minutes. I was so disgusted I left without purchasing. This is not the professional behavior I expected at Macys.
