MC Sports Corporate Office & Headquarters

As I, a paying customer, walked in the Jackson store (store #12) two employees and a manager started talking about me and made it very obvious. Let's judt say they lost a lot of money from me.

I was shopping in an MC Sports store and one of the store, workers, was profiling me. He pretend, to arrange items on a rack outside of the dressing room, in which I was using, I had just open theDoor to find him there, how did I know this was happening, we where the only customers in the lady`s department ,when will it stop.

The store in Lapeer Michigan has horrible service! Everytime I have gone in there, I never can seem to find a worker on the floor especially back by shoes. I should not have to run all the way up to the front of the store to see if anyone is working on the floor. When i addressed the issue to the 2 girls, who by the way saw me walk in, not one apology. Never will I step into MCs again. This was the last straw since i kerp thinking it'll be better each time i go in the Lapeer store but it is always the same so no more. I would not be shocked if this store closes sometime in near future and I will know why. I want to rate it no stars!

What a plearsue to find someone who identifies the issues so clearly

We were very disappointed to learn of the closing of the Round Lake, Illinois store as the store served a community in which there are not of affordable sporting goods alternatives. In particular, the Round Lake store served as the main supplier of atheltic gear, uniforms and equipment for a local AAU basketball program, BB Rising Stars, run by Carl Belser, a tireless supporter of local businesses and community organizer. Coach Belser's 8th grade team is ranked #10 in the Nation and relies heavily on fund-raising and stores like MC Sports to help provide the necessities for the team. If the closing of the store is simply a corporate headquarters decision I would ask that the decision to close the store be reconsidered as it is much needed for the area. Thank you for your consideration.

WE are VERY disappointed that MC Sports has chose to close the store in Round Lake.... This store has been a staple in the community and has serviced over 12 local area high schools, 50 middle and jr. high schools and over hundreds of youth athletes in soccer, baseball, football, basketball and a myriad of sports programs....... This is terrible not only for the community BUT for the employees like Gary ....... If you lost your lease there are several other open retail spaces in that area that will work.......... We plan to contact the local area politicians and city fathers to find out WHY they are letting this happen too...... Does MC Sports want us to NOW start going to competitors like Dicks and Sports Authority........???????? I'm very familiar with the sports equipment business and have contacts from my old days of attending the Sporting Goods Super Show in Atlanta........when I worked for Porter Athletic Equipment Corp....... WE will not just let this happen without stating our opinion........ Let's find another space and keep MC Sports in the area...... I'm CERTAIN you would not do that to Grand Rapids......... MC Sports gets a very poor score from me.. I purchased my dad a 270 Marlin gun for his birthday, today he went to site it in for the 1st time being shot!! Keep in mind opening day is Nov 15th, well the gun wouldn't fire, so we took the gun back to the store only to have the sales rep treat us like we were trying to scam them.. we were told they will have to send the gun out and it would be 4 to 6 weeks before its done! My dad is very upset as this was the dream of his life to go hunting with a 270 .. thanks MC Sports for no customer service, I will be sure to spread the word to everyone if I dont get a call tomorrow telling me the gun is ready to be picked up!

Was recently at the Branson, Mo location. My sons who are both Marines went in to the store to purchase golf equipment. When they asked for the military discount that we had recieved in the past, the store manager stated that they have never given a discount and they would not recieve one on that day either. I spoke to the manager today and he told me that they do not give any discounts and I had recieved the discount by mistake. This manager seemed as though he didnt really care. I will no longer do any business with mc and will inform all of my local military civic groups of this information .

I WAS IN MC SPORT IN JOLIET LOCATION ONE DAY WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK.BUT WHEN I NEEDED ASSIST BY THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT THERE WAS NO ONE TO HELP SO I WENT TO THE SHOE DEPT I HAD ANA COME OUT AND ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP I TOLD HER YES I DID BUT BY THE EXERCISE DEPT, SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T KNOW THAT MUCH OF THE EQUIPMENT BUT SHE WILL PAGE SOMEONE OVER AND SHE DID I WAS THERE WHEN SHE DID IT THEN SHE TOLD ME SOMEONE WILL BE WITH ME IN FEW MINUTES. MINUTES PASSED AND NO ONE CAME TO HELP SO THEN CAME OUT AGAIN AND ASKED ME IF ANYONE CAME YET I TOLD HER "NO" SO THEN PAGED AGAIN LIKE 2 TIMES THEN ANA STAY BY UNTIL WE SEEN SOMEONE TO COME BY AND WE SEEN NO ONE CAME TO US, SO THEN SHE PAGED A MANAGER TO THE EXERCISE DEPT AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THE MANAGER WILL BE WITH ME IN A COUPLE MINUTES, SO I TOLD HER OKAY THANKS FOR HELPING ME OUT BY PAGING ASSIST AND STAYING WITH UNTIL SOMEONE CAME TO HELP ME. BUT AFTER THE PAGE "A MANAGER TO THE EXERCISE" NO ONE SHOWED UP SO I LEFT AND WENT TO SEARS AND I GOT MY SERVICE THERE RIGHT AWAY. IN MY VIEW THERE SHOULD BE MORE SERVICE IN THE STORE IT DOESN'T MATTER IF SOME STORES ARE UNDERSTAFFED A MANAGER SHOULD BE THERE TO HELP OUT. SO I GIVE ALOT OF THANKS TO ANA BECAUSE SHE WAS THERE TRYING TO HELP OUT WHAT SHE COULD.SO NOW NOW I WILL BE SHOPPING AT SEARS OR DICK'S FOR ANY OF MY EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.

I recently purchased my son a pair of baseball pants, they did not fit. I had made the purchase using my debt card, which cleared my account immediately. When the pants did not fit and I took them back the next day, I was told it would take up to 2 weeks for the credit to reach my account!! I think that is wrong, very wrong. Most retail stores issue cash when you have used a debt card. At the minimum it should take no longer to issue my account credit then it took to remove it! I will not be making purchases from ANY MC Sports again. I should mention, I have 4 boys, who all play sports. I guess Dick's Sporting Goods just obtained all of my business...

To whom it may concern, I was recently at a MC Sporting Goods in Lansing, MI and was trying to buy my son same soccer cleats he used for football this past fall. The salesman(Zack)was great. They still carried the same shoe but did not have my sons size. We needed them for a kicking camp the following weekend. Zack went out of his way to find us a pair at another MC Sporting Goods store and have them delivered to the Lansing store. Zack called us twice, first that he found the store that had the shoe and second time to say the shoes were in and ready for pick up. This took two days and we have them for the kicking camp. People like Zack should be recognized for doing the right thing both as a salesperson and having a great heart. Keep up the good work Zack. We will be back to MC Sporting Goods in the near future.
