NASTY PIZZA
I bought 3 pizzas 3/5/13 in Southbury CT. and 1 of the pizzas had a band aid under the cheese that my 12 year old bit into
never again
I was watching tv and seen your commercial made me never want to eat at your place again. It was creepy . The one with the moon.
Pizza taste
I purchased two pizzas recently. After opening them I was disappointed to find the bottom inside of the box soaked in oil. In addition, the pizza's tasted and smelled like the cardboard box they came in. The texture was perfect! Please take a look at this scenario and consider placing a protective sheet of paper between the pizza and the interior box surface! Respectfully submitted, Mr. Howard.
Surfside Beach,SC store
I am extremely disappointed that the Surfside Beach store will not honor an ad in the newspaper advertising 4 large pizzas for $13.99. When an ad such as this is printed, I find it very unfair for the Corporate Office not to honor it especially in a time when so many are unemployed.
Overworking
My child works at little ceasars, they make him work even when he is sick vomiting. I will not buy food from them at all!
False adds
Little Ceasers are rip off comp. They don't honor their t.v. Adds. Their pizzas sell for more then their adds.
Former Customer
I am very disappointed in the manager at the Little Ceasars in Wilkesboro, NC for firing a dear friend of mine after she missed a few days work to care for her elderly grandmother when she had surgery for a perforated bowel, then a few more days, when her young daughter was in a head-on car crash. The 2 events happened just days apart. It shows little to no compassion by the manager and if Little Ceasars stands behind that manager's decision I will never spend another penny at any Little Ceasars' store and I will encourage as many others as I can to help with my boycott.
Great customer service!
My son and I went to the broadway store to get a pizza for dinner and we were greeted with the nicest surprise. Someone who actually was a pleasure to speak with and didn't seem distraught to be at his workplace. I inquired the young gentleman's name and found out he was recently appointed manager of the store. His name is Chris and if everyone followed his lead with customer service the world would be a much better place. Keep up the great work Chris!
Good Pizza
Plank Road Altoona location was professional with consistently good pizza. Always hot...
I find it inconceivable that a corporation would choose something as serious as BULLYING to use in a national ad campaign. There is NOTHING funny about publicly humiliating anyone - at any age. Clearly this company is out of touch with public opinion. How old are your advertising executives - 12? You should be ashamed - I hope this becomes a national awareness issue and you are used as the bad example you are.
You people must be TOTAL IDIOTS!!!! My son went in to a little ceasars on Cortaro Rd in Marana AZ, ordered 4 specialty pizzas which cost 35.00 and ended up having to put his 4 children BACK in the car to go get change for a 50.00 bill! What the HELL is wrong with your thinking process? I will be on Twitter FaceBook and anyone else I can think of, on your POOR Service to customers. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS OUT HERE!
Sept 2012 I went to the Bothell Canyon Park Pizza. I ordered a pizza and the gal that handled my money and cash register walked over to the pizza making area and began to make my pizza. Never washed her hands. Then she took the back of her hand and wiped her nose twice. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands, if you want me to. So she washed her hands. Soon a customer came in, picked up a pizza, gave her money, she rang it up, gave him back the change and began to make another pizza. She never washed her hands, wore gloves or nothing. Money carries one of the most germs besides menus. We live in a country where ecoli and other staff bore diseases are happening to ofter. I feel workers should wear gloves, remove them and put new ones on after running any register or errand away from where they are handeling food. People think because they have gloves on they can touch anything and go back handeling food, not so. How do small food businesses hire? My sister worked at a 7-11 and had to go to class to get her food handeling permit. I went with her for her final, there is a lot of issues in there , that was not met at Little Caesars Canyon Park Pizza. the 7-11 where she worked had more health prevention requirements than I saw the day I picked up my pizza. Are all Caesar and other pizza businesses under the same health requirements for all employees; no gloves to handle dough, not gloves nor hand washing before you handel food prep. Sounds like a lot of work and maybe extra expense on gloves at Costco; but what is more important? Health of customers and safty health issues of the employees over an extra $ spent on preventive actions. thank you
Why would little Caesars allow a man to take off his shirt and have his pants half pulled down in a commercial to try and sell their product on GMC TV. This is a terrible commercial. Come on Little Caesars you must have better morals and values then this. All this commercial does for me is make me sick and want to eat anything rather then your pizza.
Fuck little Caesars worst pizza and customer service suck bad 30 min for 4 pizza in Puyallup WA
I have been a friend of Tony Liquori for many years, hiavng first met him in the early 90s when I was a dispatcher for his delivery service, Delivery Express. Not only is he the best pizza guy in all of West Springfield, Springfield, and Agawam, MA, but he's also a gentle, and funny man! You're the best, Tony!!!!!!
For all you that think you are complaining to Little Caesars Corporate Office.... Did you know this website has NOTHING to do with them and you will never get a response by posting here? These folks are simply providing the contact info at the top of the page for the REAL corporate office as a courtesy. Read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page. This may be a great place to vent your frustrations, but it won't help resolve your complaints. Thanks...
Your WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Commercial Suck and is Annoying!!! Time for a new commercial!!
Tried the new deep dish Love it Love your new deep dish pizza. Please keep this on the menu
I am writing because I am an avid Lil' Ceasars Customer, and the pizza I bought yesterday was not Lil'Ceasars ingredients, sauce or cheese.....????? Shocked when I got it home open the boxes.....(I always get two one regular one pepperoni......there were one and two slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza barely any sauce on either and the sauce was tinny tasting and like a very very cheap can sauce......horrible flavor......and the cheese was like plastine......it was horrible.... Disappointed and disgusted....I live in a town with more then it's fair share of pizza parlors and a Dominos within a mile of me, yet I travel to Ceasars which is 4 miles away? Not because of saving money, because traveling sitting at lights and in traffic to get there uses more gas in my car than I save on pizza..... This is a problem for me now to ever go back to Lil' Ceasar's in Clementon,NJ on Blackwood/Clementon Rd. ....They were out of sauces for the chicken wings and said new supplies would be in next week....even the boxes were not Lil' Ceasar's....but to change the recipe of the pizza was totally wrong and unappreciated....how horrible the pizza truly was, and how disappointed I was that I was given substandard Lil' Ceasars Pizzas.........what a shame to be shamed......
I was at your Little Caesars store on Frayser Blvd. in Memphis, Tn 38127. I ordered some cheese bread and wings. While I was waiting on my order one of the guys that was in the kitchen was on his cell phone while working, he poured shredded cheese in a bin using his Bare hands to shove it in and move it around in the bin after getting off his cell phone. I couldn't believe it! I confronted the on site manager and asked him do they not use gloves? He stated that they are not required by the Health Dept. to wear gloves. I thought that was ridiculous! I know all restaurants should wear gloves dealing with open food! Something needs to be done about this because this uncleaniness can cause a community epidemic of sickness! THEY NEED TO WEAR CLOVES! NO EXCUSES..............................!!!!!!
