Placed order for suits for my daughters and a week later am still trying to get them to ship. The worst service I have ever experienced. I used the limited at the advice of someone but will never shop there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just this morning, I discovered Eloquii.com. I was elated to find a store with style that is less "old lady" like Lane Bryant but more modern chic than the "hipster punk" style of Torrid. My joy quickly faded as I was looking through your amazing clothes when I realized that every model was a carbon copy of the one in the picture next to her. Did you use a cookie cutter? Every woman shown has the ideal "pear" shaped body and not one of them is over a size 12. Shame on you for not portraying real women. Women who may be apple shaped, women who may be larger on top with thin legs...women who are your target consumer!!! I am appalled that you would design a line of clothing and create a whole new brand to cash in on the plus size market, yet show women who could be modeling for The Limited. What this says to your target consumer is "plus size is beautiful but ONLY if your body looks like these models." I fully expect a reply to this email with an explanation and a resolution to your lacking marketing strategy. Take note, as plus sized woman, I intend on sharing my thoughts with every woman I know as well as on my social networking sites. It's companies like you, that advertise in a way that perpetuate eating disorders. For shame.

I recently shopped at victorias secrets in manhatten 86 street upper eastside. I was ashamed to even call myself a customer at that location, when i arrived on nov 26 i recieved such poor customer service when i asked if they carried bras in 34DD i was told that size didnt exsit. I tried to ask a very slim hispanic male stock associate a question about a fragrance but he ignored me and continue having a sexual convasation with a girl, i really dont know where they hire their staff but they should look into that, iv always been a loyal customer till that. I arrived with the notion of spending money, but i wouldnt spend a dime anymore in that location, ill be spreading the word on the trash that work at this location.
