I will never buy glasses or lenses ever again at lenscrafters . The store associates were rude , didn't fix my glasses the way they were suppose to , the frame was a defected , would not honor to fix the frame , which were a Tiffany frame and very expensive pair of glasses , went in several times to have them adjust them so we would stop hurting my ears , they still couldn't even fix that little issue , I bought several pair of glasses over the years , I'm done with this chain of LensCrafters ! I do not recommend to no one,

The gray t-shirts you are forcing your employees to wear are a complete disgrace. With the money the company is making nationally you could provide your sales staff with a nice professional looking cotton/poly jacket. Whoever made the T-shirt decision must be using mind altering drugs. Get smart. I can't wait to see the next executive decision. Thank you

Mistreated all three times when I went for this one pair of glasses where the lens when I received them were causing so much distortion that I fell within one half hour f wearing them/ Northgate WA Lenscrafters

Im writing this reiview hoping to reach corprate officers and also to help to wan other possible customers of Lens Crafters. The Okemos MI, branch is on of the most lying,misleading, information withholding bunch of people who have one thing in mind. That is to reachn in your pockets and grab as much money as possible. With an examination, with all regular testing costed $800.00 that was told after the examine and fitting was done, never told up front. Then they wanted additional money for my contacts, I thought charging that much it would be included. I have done another eye exam with 2 seperate eyecare providers and together doesnt even come close to what your company has charged plus the script was in correct with Lens Crafter. The other optical providers where close to each other. Im using this information to file a complaint with the Attorny General and possible small claims suit against Lens Crafter for misleading info and over charging.
