At first we thought it was pretty cool that we would have a DVD of the babies first cut. Then she cut his ear, proceeded to talk to another woman that worked there with her hand over her face, and then tell us that it "Didn't record" Well, my husband heard their little chat, and they were worried it was a liability. Then they still have the nerve to charge me for the cut. I will never go back or recommend anyone to this place.
