Joe's Jeans Corporate Office & Headquarters

I got a pair of semi skinny jeans on aicdcent last year. I kind of sort of like them. But the REAL skinny jeans are so scary. The only people they look good on are the models in the pictures on that website. ICK. And leggings? I recently saw them worn under skirts. Like I did as a little kid. Not happening. EVER again.

I love Joe's Jeans and have been a huge customer. However, I give their customer service on their website a FAILING GRADE as I have tried over, over and over to e-mail and call, but have received absolutely NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER, by either phone or e-mail. I am at the point of complete frustration at the total lack of customer service. Unless I hear from them soon, I shall return my recent purchases and no longer purchase any of their products in Joe's Jeans online store. I will shop for them elsewhere and encourage all the other Joe's Jeans lovers I know to do the same. Customer Service is a MUST in conducting any business. I hope someone takes care of this problem and I immediately receive a response to my questions BY PHONE!!!
