Bought sectional in Oct 2014. Found. Couches ripping n falling apart .Had repairman out 11/10 said had to wait two months for parts.now Feb. 2015 n nothing . Sent 2 email. Talk to three customer service dept. No one knows anything. Buyers beware , never again Also corporate. Office never answer not even the operator.

Horrible! Horirble! Horrible!!

Jerome's in San Marcos is horrible! They expect you to wait allll day for them to deliver a replacement when in fact the problem was they never put it together properly. They provide a time delivery window for 4 hours then change it later and want you to wait for 8hrs!!! Absolutely horrible, I will never be dealing with them again and do not recommend them to anyone!! Constant constant delays and stupidity among the delivery part of Jerome's!!

Worst Customer Service

Buyer beware. This companies customer service and delivery department is so bad that I can't even put it into words. From every piece of my 4000.00 furniture being either broken/ repaired on site to delay after delay to deliveries showing up days earlier than expected without notification and a cost service dept that won't return a phone call.. Do not buy from here!!
