Poor customer service
I scheduled a routine front wheel alignment over my lunch hour. My appointment was at 11:00am, and at 11:45 I decided to find out the status, only to see my vehicle was still not in the garage. Very disappointed to say the least, and I only received a luke warm apology. The location was on 108th and Fort, Omaha NE. I understand service is better at other locations however I don’t think I will be servicing any of my vehicles at Jensen.
