They are the absolute worse. The kids that work here are morons and don't care about any products they sell.

I will never use Island Recreation again!! Their customer service department is horrible and managers are rude. Their technicians are incompetent. They do not care about their customers.

The customer service at Island Recreational is disgusting. They do not return your phone calls and as far as I am concerned they stole my money. No one there ever contacts you.

I will NEVER purchase another item from this store...I bought a brand new filter 2 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. I have contacted customer service at Island Recreational and was told a number of times someone would call me back and they DO NOT!!..I paid over $400.00 for the filter and it is not working. It's very obvious that the item I purchased was a return from another customer that was never examined. The wrong directions and information were in the box along with possibly the wrong filter cap (which we were told by Island Recreational employee). This problem has not been rectified and my pool filter is not working. I plan to take this matter to a higher authority if something is not done!!

your call ctr needs to give a class to your employees on customer relations!
