too much money! car sales man tactics!.. was promised over 70 percent discount! paying over 5,000 for one procedure!.. not happy with them at all, hoping it gets better so that i can say i got true customer service!! procedure was less than, waiting to see what more treatments results in................

I have been going to Ideal image in SWFL for over a year now and have not seen any results. I am not happy with the fact that every time I go in there is a new Sales and front desk person. They keep over booking the PA who is wonderful. However the rest of the service leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Way over priced for results that do not work.

I just came from a treatment by Andrea McCarty - Killam at the Meridian, Idaho facility. It is my understanding that she may be laid off ... for all that's holy ... PLEASE keep her here. She has a hard job to do and she makes me feel very comfortable, I don't want to lose her!

Please don't waste your money with this company !!! Rip off!! Please make sure you do research before walking into felt like " a car sales men's office"..... Talk fast and don't give you all information up front. Please I know many work hard for there money as I do so please go somewhere else for hair removel. I was in tears for what this company did to me.

I just started ideal image and didn't do my homework first. This place Is a rip off! They say you are getting a great deal if you sign the day of truth is they are just pushing youto sign. I am not even getting done everything I want and it's costing $6500! After doing my research I found out that even with there "discount" I am still paying more then DOUBLE Then anywhere else charges. I would not recommend anyone to ideal image I am in the process now of trying to cancel my contract with them. Very disappointed customer

my daughter has been going there for 11 mos and 2 mos ago we found out she has pcos and that the treatment want help her hair growth. They refuse to refund my money are any part of it because there service is not working.
