You should have a 0 star rating available. The corporate phone number you list is a fake! I have called to complain about NOT receiving upcoming bill notifications by e-mail. You claim that the e-bill gets returned back to you. How is it that I receive BestBuy advertisements but not billing information. I NEVER gave BestBuy my e-mail information! You are in China (chineses owned)so what do you care. I am reporting you to US Federal offices. There should be a class action suit against you people!
