Horrible company! Serious joke do not book with them they take your money and will not return it. Then actually lie about reasons why!! Our town is under 6 inches of snow we can not get out of driv way. County under level 2 snow emergency. They put you on hold then lie and say they checked your weather! There is no way they would not have seen this severe weather alert!!! Beware!!!! I am contacting better business bureau!!!

The most disgusting service I have EVER had in my life... This website is a joke who will steal your money and not return it.... I will never ever! book with this awful website again!!!!

I never proceed to purchasing car 7/18/2013. Was told that transaction is scheduled to be back on my debit card 7/30/2013. A total off $155 it's not funded back to card. $110 for purchase and $45 for the insurance of car.

Made a reservation, cancelled less than 24 hours. Will not refund the money due to a processing error. These people are crooks do not do business with them. They stole $500.00 from me and wont return it.
