Hooters Restaurants Corporate Office & Headquarters

This note is coming from several girls who work at the Hooters of Macon, GA store. Never has the restaurant been so bad since weve been under the General Manager, Daniella Godown. She harasses us, verbally abuses us, belittles us, and in a couple of cases has assaulted us or our property! She has rapidly brought our workplace down, resulting in numerous girls and staff to quit. Weve gone through FOUR managers since shes been there! This is not a professional work enviroment and its sad when its EVERY girl that feels the same way. Weve tried telling our regional and asst regional manager but they love her so much they dont see what we see. Hooters could care less about their girls because if they did we wouldnt be going through this on a daily basis. -signed Hooter Girls of Macon

We have been eating at the Port Richey Hooters for over 20 year now, but until last week have never had bad service. What happened to the 5 of us last week is inexcusable and needs to be brought to upper level management's attention. We sat down and ordered our drinks, and as usual, the waitress came back and took our meal order. Then we waited, waited and kept on waiting. The people at the table next to us, who sat down way after us, got their drinks, meal, paid and left, and we still had no food. After inquiring as to the status of our order, the manager, Clayton Quiri assured us that it was "almost ready". After another 15 minutes of waiting, we notified him that we had run out of time due an appointment which we had, and he told us it would be boxed for us. By this time we had been there for an hour. We paid our bill at the entrance and waited for our food. another 15 min went by when we finally got almost all of it. "The wings would be right up" we were told. 10 more minutes and we finally got what we had originally order. Unfortunately by the time we got to eat it, after our appointment, it was all ice cold. To make us feel better, Mr. Quiri gave us a 25% coupon up to $50 for our next visit there. I'm sorry to say, as nice and as convenient for boating Hooters Port Richey is, we will most likely never return and an not recommend it to anyone else anymore. Ok so my boyfriend and i decided to go to chester hooters in virginia for dinner one night. it started off ok but then things went bad. Our table was dirty and it took 8 mins for our hooter girl to come to our table. As she flipped her hair and flirted with my boyfriend she finally took my drink order. then 10 minutes later i recieved my drink. After i got my drinks she finally decided to take my order. when the food came out it looked wonderful. It was delicious. As im looking around to get my bill I see my hooter girl courtney digging in the trash can searching for a plate. When she finally reached it in the bottom of the trash, she put it back in the dish bin. Without washing her hands she ran over to a table and started laughing and playing around with army guys. She forgot all about us for the next 15 minutes. Therefore she got no tip and I will never return.

I recently visited a Hooters in Ocala and the service was terrible. We waited over 40 min. for our order and when we finally received it (training burgers) the were like hockey pucks. Trying to pay for everything was another experience. She drop off the bill and never was seen again. I will not recommend the place and probably won't go back unless they change management and servers.

I have lived in New Port Richey for 12 years. Our favorite hooters has always been the one in Port richey on the water. I can tell you I have only had bad service twice in those years until last week. They have changed all the waitresses and there was an assistant manager which was rude and degrating. His Name is Clayton Quiri. I have never seen him before and told him we were waiting for over an hour after we were sitting, had 1 drink a piece. Our order was taken at that time and the food never came. Everyone around us was getting fed and drinks which were seated after us. I will not recommend the place and probably won't go back unless they change management and servers.
