Honeywell is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. My former spouse passed away suddenly and we have one child together, now age 28. I have sent four letters to Honeywell seeking information with regard to his benefits, including pension, life insurance and the like and they have simply ignored me. Their lack of interest or even commitment to their former employees is abominal, especially under these circumstances. Shame on them.

I was made promises by your ECC customer service regarding your product. The Lead refuses to live up to these promises and ignores any attempts to discuss them. I regard this as abuse.

I called 5 times sat on hold for ever, finally spoke to someone no one could solve my problem of a missing part in a box
