I own an Electrolux Refrigerator that apparently should be from their other division;. The one that "sucks". My Icemaker and water dispenser is broken again, and HH Gregg nor Electrolux will not stand behind it. /$3500 and it is continual junk. The 2nd time it broke I found 166 complaints on that unit on Consumer Reports. Plastic is also breaking off of the trays in the frig and freezer compartment. Do not buy this or shop at HH Gregg. They have lost a very loyal customer. I don't know how their employees and managers sleep at night.

poor service

do not shop at hhgregg. Will not honor agreement. Gives you the run around. I purchased a Whirpool cabrio washer on October 12, 2013, less than 30 days and having problems. The whirlpool put you on hold for hours. Hhgregg will transfer and each person have you explain all over again, still no results. I am struck with a washer not working properly and a monthly bill. I will never shop again at hhgreg and would not recommend my worst enemy go there.location of the store Fayvettville,Ga.

Worst Electronics Compainy!

The only thing that HH Gregg does well is to take your money. There is absolutely no service after the sale. If you call the store of corporate headquarters, they will stonewall you. They proved this when my refrigerator needed repair and they told me to call a repairman myself! I have charged back the purchase to my credit card and notified our county consumer affairs office. You may as well burn your money in a bonfire rather than deal with these thieves!

Dissatisfied Customer

On June 24, I purchased a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator from HhGregg. I was having a kitchen remodel and knew that the appliances were to be delivered the last week of July and the date they gave me was July 31. I never got a delivery call the day before and on the 31st I called and was told that the refrigerator was not available until the end of August or early September. Totally unacceptable to me so I cancelled the order. Unfortunately, I paid by check so HhGregg has my money for over a month and now I do not know when I will receive the refund. It has not been a pleasant experience working with HhGregg .

Crooks

Don't ever pay with a gift card. We used a visa gift card for a purchase that we had to return and were told that we could only receive store credit and not get the money back. Why would I want store credit to purchase another piece of junk from them?? Crooked dealings for sure!!!

Do not purchase

Bought a house full of appliances have had problems with everything. Call the store and they tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone, they never follow thru!! Six weeks since my tv b lew a bulb, it is covered but after six calls we find out from warranty company that HHGREGG hasn't sent a work order to fix my tv!! Called the Federal Trade Commission this morning they are checking into my complaint, please call them if you are having the same problem they are searching for more complaints. I am also calling the BBB and local news stations... enough is enough!!!

Poor Extended Warranty Service

Purchased a washer and gas dryer from HHGregg with the extended warranty which was $270.00.... The salesman said if I had any problems someone would be at my house to check it out within 48hrs. Well, that was a big LIE!.....my dryer had problems and it took the warranty company 3 weeks to fix......you see they sell these extended warrantys to just anybody and you are at their mercy to when they get around to you.... I WILL NEVER BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM HHGREGG......again!!!!!!!! They are liars and they don't care about you after they get your money!!!

Maytag Washing Machine

I got a maytag washing machine from HHGregg in Erie Pa. The sales lady highly recommended this machine. Model number MVWC360AW. They did not have the machine in there store, they had to get it in. So I had to drive another 100 miles when it came in. When I got there, I was waitig for 1 hour and 40 minuets for them to bring it out. Then they said they did not get the propane conversion kit for the dryer. That took a week and half. When I hooked them up and put a load of clothes in the washer, it took 1 hour to do the load. When I removed the clothes, they where dirty. Then I tried to do a blanket. It to came out dirty. So I went back to HHGregg in Erie Pa. and talked to the store manager. I said that I would like to exchange it for another machine. He told me to sell in on Craigslist because he will not exchange it. He sent out a repair man and the repair man told me that, that machine will not wash most items. HHGregg is trying to stick me for $571.99 WARNING. DO NOT BUY FROM HHGregg.

unsatisfied customer

I have never had such terrible service. I have been shuffled from the service department to the store. I am waiting for over 10 days for a credit to be issued for my microwave. My Ref# -WMO. I was told to go to the store to pick out a new Microwave on 7/10/13 I went there and was told there is no credit. Now its 7/12/13 spoke with manager and the credit is still not there. I purchased 5 appliances at your store. I spent $4,617.91 and I have had problems with all of them. Two LG appliances had to be replaced, with one year. I have gotten the run around between the customer service and the store. I will never deal with HH Gregg again. I will not recommend them to anyone. I now have to wait until Monday 7/15/13 for the store to call the corporate office, after the service department said the replacement was approved on 7/9/13, however the credit is not in the system. The alternative your appliance manger gave me was to come back to the store PURCHASE a new microwave and then wait for the credit to be issued. Why would I give another dime to a store that has the worst customer service, and lack of integrity. Thank you,

Terrible service

Service is terrible. They kept our surround system for 51 days. When we got it back it wasn't fixed. It is only a few months old. Their recommendation was to buy another one while they sent that one back and hopefully get a refund from the first one. Yea right!!!!!! I will never buy from them again. PLEASE read all these terrible reviews before you buy from them!!!!!

Highly Disappointed

I am very upset with the way I was informed of my furniture that I wanted to purchase. I placed an order for a living room set over two and a half weeks ago now as of 7/11/13, I received a phone call informing me that the delivery will be tomorrow but I have one item on back order so I went to the store from where I purchased it and talked to a manager about the situation and he did not seem to worried about what happened and then told me to just head to the return area to have it cancelled and did not offer any apologies what so ever. I will not EVER, EVER return to the store, not after this incident......

Customer Service/Delivery

They delivered and installed an oven, only to discover that it was damaged. They offered my $150 to keep it! If I had wanted scratch and dent, I would have purchased scratch and dent. Two additional attempts to deliver my backordered dishwasher, the installation people didn't even show up! Today was the 6th attempt at delivering and installing my dishwasher that I ordered 6 weeks ago. The installers opened the box, and the bottom of the dishwasher was completely dented and caved in. Couldn't open the door. When I called the store, they offered me $150.00 off to keep it!! Headquarters Customer Service as bad as the Customer Service at the store. I will not be shopping with them ever again. Still don't have the dishwasher...

delivery service horrible

We ordered a stove to have delivered from your store in Delaware. There were two delivery attempts and one final one. First attempt delivery did not come. Second attempt stove could not be delivered because details of what the property has to have such as shut off valve in the back where it is to be connected and not in the basement. Third attempt was an hour after the 4 hour time frame that was given and the drivers started to bring in the wrong stove then had to call dispatcher and realized they had the right stove. Do not get deliveries from this company.

Worst Experience Ever

Worst customer service experiece I have ever had. They sold me a refridgerator they no longer carried and didn't bother to call and tell me it wasn't being delivered even though I took off work.. First delivery brought frigde and the wrong dishwasher, and completely forgot my stove.. they had to come out 3 times to get the delivery right. No one would return phone calls or call back when they said they would- GM told me several times he just "forgot". Returning all my appliances and will never do business with them again.

Needs drug test

I saw an hh gregg employee at Anderson sc store in a red mustang smoking pot outside the store!

Never again

Never buy from these people. If you have a problem NO ONE will talk to you. You will be passed to a series of 800 numbers till eventually you will disconnected.

Service

I had purchased a dishwasher and a refrigerator since we are upgrading some appliances. The dishwasher is one and half years old and I am having issues with the appliance. I only help I am getting from the store is call the manufacturer. Good luck. Never again. This company has no concept of what customer service is.

Worse Company EVER

I bought a dishwasher, fridge, and stove from them on one visit. The first thing they messed up was they sold the last fridge in the warehouse and offered us the floor model, which was damaged. Then when they did the first delivery on Saturday the fridge was damaged, then on Sunday when they did the second delivery the stove was damaged. Now they can not deliver after 5 and both me and my wife work til 430, so we have to go with out a stove for a week. Called four different individuals that work for the company and all four said they can not do anything about it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Bad warranty service

Beware - they sell off their service contracts to other companies and then they consider themselves obsolved. Having a terrible time with repairs!

Horrible Products

We were told the fridge we purchased was a special order and when it came in the customer didn't want it. So, we purchased and it would not cool properly and when we went back to store the manager informed us that the fridge we purchased was actually used in there employee break room. Liars and thieves is what they are. Very disappointed with them.
