on friday november 12, 2010 we decided to try your wharton location again after a year went by, hoping to see if things got better, nothing changed only meat on serving pan were legs and thighs and very little they kept their main pieces on counter in back it is sad when i feel like eating harts chicken i have to go to your rosenberg store,when i live in wharton . yall have been in wharton i guess about 6 years now and i have yet to be happy here, i always leave upset and say i will never come back again yet i still do ps i am a long time resident here, i have had it with the management there

I ate at the Hartzs chicken on Pinemont the other day, I believe they were under new managemet. We'll I ordered the three wing special and added a drink. The lady told me i could add a drink but she would have to charge me for a number 6 which was a two piece white with drink. This ment I was paying almost 3 dollars more just to add a drink which didnt make since. I have been dining here and this was the first time i experienced this. Then the manager told me i could leave and go eat somewhere else if i didnt like it. The staff was very rude and so was the manager I asked for a corporate number to call and complain she told me she didnt have it and to leave her store. I did but it's not over yet customer shouldnt be treated this way

hart's chicken has teamed up with gone fishen here in mobile, ala., and it is a big mistake by gone fishen. I stopped in last sat.after they had just started serving harts chicken. The chicken was so over cooked the bones were brittle, and i had to disgard the chicken. To Whom It May Concern: Saturday evening,(4-10-10)My family and I ate at the Wharton, Texas location. While we were eating, at 8:30, the doors were locked and workers started sweeping, and putting up food. The noise from the metal containers was so noisy and the lady sweeping around out table was distracting, that we dicided to eat quickly and leave.
