very poor management will not be returning to a Hampton again because of the issues one of most unprofessional and rude managers I have seen should not be employed at a hotel
Never Stay Here!
Me and my wife stayed at The Hampton Inn by Jaxs Beach and it was horrible to hear housekeeping manager talk to her employees in a vulgar manner that upset my wife and daughter. We will never stay here again.
Bed
My wife and I stayed at the Hampton on August 30 2014 in Dobson, NC. The bed was terrible. The comforter was the first give away. There were lumps where all the filler in the comforter had gathered and it was ripped at the corner. I complained to front desk and they sent someone down while we were gone to inspect but did nothing to rectify the matter. Also the mattress sloped downward towards the headboard. I would think a good nite sleep would have been very important to this Hotel. I was obviously wrong. This is the second mishap in a row at a Hampton. Not sure I would want to repeat a third.

Horrible treatment from manager. My stay was March 11-14, 2014 Please call me 832-752-5086. She she have call me about smoking but we had a baby and certaintly there was no smoking in the room.
TERRIBLE STAY
Why do you guys have THIEVES that work for you? We had a horrible stay. Purse stolen, along with an iPhone and money from our room. Each time I arrived back in my room, I could tell that my bags had been messed with (they were left open after I had closed them). This was in the Kingsville, Texas location. Never, ever again will I ever stay at a Hampton Inn and I will tell everyone else to avoid this place too. I even had problems getting my money back!! Stealing is NEVER ok and I hope that the corporate office does something about this issue. This is not the first time this has happened... my friend had this happen as well. Beware, people.
Excellent Service
I just had to write and tell you that I stayed at the Oxen Hill, Md Hampton Inn, in November with my grandchildren. I have been taking them on as I call it adventure for the last 5 years, we always go somewhere different and to do with history. I have to tell you the staff and the hotel itself was one of the best I have stayed at and just had to let you know. I told your staff I would write and let you know. I told them I write letters if I am not happy with something and write when people are deserving of recognition of the loyal service. Thank you for a wonderful adventure
bad stay
Stayed at the hampton Inn in east peoria, il call front desk to get betterpillows I'd told her the pillow are flat could I get better pillows whas told there is nun . The have great beds but crappy pillows .then was told I would be giving a refund on my stay eighteen day later no refund some room guarantee....
Worst Hotel experience
I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Brattleboro Vt. for 2 weeks on business. The first room was infested with spiders, so I was given another room. the next room didn't have hot water so I had to take a cold shower for two daysand it was 46 degrees outside. Management was told about the problem. She tried to fix the problem by giving me a $20 gift card to Applebee's. I called the corporate office they took their employee's side so I told them I will never stay at another Hampton Inn nor will any of my employees.
horrible treatment
We have stayed with hampton in numerous states and have never been treated as badly as we were at the Tucson east location. We checked in and I was holding our little yorkie. We had a good night the next day we took our dog for surgery. When we walked thru the front doors the front desk clerk rudely informed us that they were not a pet friendly hotel and the manager basically came out of his office long enough to bark at us and tell us they couldn't refund iur money because we booked online they were both just so rude. We will never stay at a hampton inn or any of its subsidiaries whether we have our fur baby or not.
Clarksville, Arkansas HI
My family recently held a reunion in Clarksville and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The staff, facility and breakfasts were all wonderful. I want you to know how very much we enjoyed our stay and to commend the management and staff of this facility.
Hilton Head SC, Dillon Rd
My stay on June, 27 and 28 at the Hampton Inn, 1 Dillon Rd, Hilton Head, SC was the very worst I have ever experienced. Some of the reasons for the poor rating is attributed to the rudeness of the front desk clerk as well as the lack of cleanliness in the room. Also, the linens were dingy and threadbare. After years of staying in Hampton Inns I have come to expect better.
Stay 6/14 & 6/15/2013
Mold in shower, rug musty in room. Problem with door handle, housekeeping said to talk to front desk, front desk said to talk to housekeeping, never fixed. I was not asked if I wanted a receipt had to ask for it. Having stayed in may Hampton Inns, this location was very far below previous experiences.
If I was from the TV show the undercover boss and went to look at the Hampton in at Rocky Mount I would have to invite the whole staff back to corporate and give them a huge raise! This is the second time I have stayed at this location. Everything from the front desk to the maintenance man were very professional. They give a whole new name to team work. I could go on and on.
The staff of the Hampton Inn in Warwick, RI was efficient, pleasant, compassionate and caring when I stayed there after the loss of a family member. thank you!
