I bought a 2014 Camry from Joe Myers. Three months later, transmission is out. I've been a loyal Toyota consumer for many years. The quality of Toyota has gone down, very sad. No more Toyota's for me and my Family.

I just got an email promo for $500.00 loyalty cash off a new Camry.(excluding Hybrid). Well fellas I have Hybrid, so I guess I am not loyal enough. Too bad. and FYI, some of us will not ever buy a new vehicle that is not a Hybrid. What is the name of that Ford Dealer again?

I recently rented a car at Toyota. One of the branch managers Roxanne at mason rd Katy tx decided she should charge my card! Would of been fine if she would have called. No call or warning she charged caused me to go negative was at the store decline. Customer service yea right thanks for that.

A nice slogan for Toyota: How you like me now!

Just a word of encouragement - I noticed the other day while driving that all cars have their emblem with a circle around it. Of course I recognized your Toyota logo and thought with all the negative information that was in the media about Toyota earlier this year, I know when things calm down for your company, you all will "run rings around your competition"! I think that slogan could become your new motto to gain positive attention to all the new safety features you're adding to your cars. Good luck.
