I hava been a loyal costumer till today, I had the worst experience with the manager who feels that she owns the store. I bought a pair of black shoes and three days later I decided that it wasn't really my style then, I went to return them and get my credit back to my account . The manager told me that it was a sale item and it was final sale, BUT WHEN I BOUGHT THE SHOES I WASN'T INFORM THAT WAS A FINAL SALE, since I have been costumer for a long time and never return anything I was not aware of it. All I want to have is credit back to my account, you guys are losing a costumer for life, I will never buy anything from any GUESS store, and I will inform all my friends as well, so that way they don't have the same experience that I had. STORE IN RANCHO CUCAMONGA, STORE MANAGER IS (ERICA HERNANDEZ) The worst manager that I ever met. Horribly services (PLEASE EDUCATE BETTER THE MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IF YOU GUYS REALLY WANT TO KEEP YOUR COSTUMERS. I hope the CEO reads this if not I want to make sure he gets this letter. I am going to write one and mail it to him certify as well, because it is not how much my shoes were but, just that fact how she handle this situation. I work for NORDSTROM FOR almost 10 Years, and let me tell you that I handle many situations but I made Costumers very happy. ( WHY!! BECAUSE THE SERVICE THAT I PROVIDED TO THEM).
I live in fort myers fl,I was in a guess store about an hour before they closed,I had about 250 dollars in clothes and as my girl friend and I are standing by the cashier wich was the Manager,as my girl friend was about to go try on the clothes, the Manager is ringing someone up and also gets on her head set and says out loud we have a little while before we close and we might get slammed now or later but let's MILK EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING THEY GOT!...I heard that and said we are out of here,I talked to the asst manager and told her that I heard that and all she said was ummmm...so I called corporate about 2 weeks ago and no call back yet...is this how this company operates ...if I don't hear something soon I will go to the news and explain this is how the company is..and just don't care about there customers ..and if that don't work..im going to the better business bureau!
I bought a belt at an Guess outlet in Stroudsburg PA. The belt started to fall apart in a matter of weeks. I called customer service and was told I would receive a call back in a day or so, 2 weeks later, no call. I again called customer service and they gave me the district managers phone number. I feel they should of taken care of this, I shouldn't have to hunt down the manager. Very poor service.
I was at the Guess Store in Baton Rouge, LA with a pair of jeans that had become defective due to the button popping off while I was wearing them. I'm by no way a large gutted individual that puts too much strain on my jeans, so I went into the store to see what they could do to help me out. Even though I bought the jeans months before, the manager (Rachel) went to the back and got an identical pair for replacement. I was very satisfied with the customer experience that I did some additional shopping and bought a button-up shirt. I will continue to be a loyal Guess customer.
The managers are there for a power trip! So like kids in high school atmosphere! They don"t even know how to schedule their employees the right way. In reality, the benefits though good does not outweight what the associates and other lower management have to go through. It"s too bad that these untrained managers that get paid well don't do their job for what they are being paid to do. We are all human and expect to be treated like everyone else. Stop your power trip, do what your job entails and we could all be productive employees! It's probably too bad that corporate doesn't really take notice of this but it's more of a site for employees or customers to just vent. They should use these as tools to better the stores management of their associates . Money wasted on this kind of management with childish, unprofessional managers are totally ridiculous and a waste of company's money, profits and shares!
Guess store in Hawaii (Waikiki)needs their managers to be educated in how they conduct themselves as managers who are loyal to their customers as well as their fellow associates. These managers don't seem to have the management skills to run a store properly! There seems to be some quite properly skilled managers but very few. Salespeople seem to come and go. As I shop in this store quite often the best one worked tonite and seemed to be the most professional manager there with a store wide sale going on and doing her best as what seemed to be the only manager on duty. As I live in the area as well as running my own boutique, I am quite surprised that a big name store as such does not provide more managers like the one on duty this evening, August 27th. Management skills should be a mandatory requirement that is conducive to its stores productivity! As I will continue to shop there, I do observe these things in order to have my own with well trained associates and managers that will keep up the business for my own boutique. With the econmy these days, I find improvement by observing my other competitors and how they do to successfully run my own to better my employees and the success of my business! Mahalo!
I walked in the Guess store at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, AZ and I thought I was in a disco, the music was extremely loud and annoying. This has happened several times, I am really annoyed with the lack of common sense the manager of the store and the employees display, and a lack of respect towards the customers who walk in. I walked right out every single time, there is no way I would spend my money in that kind of environment, you had to shout if you wanted to ask a question. In this kind of economy, one would think that they would be careful to actually make sure that the customers are treated with respect, but no, it doesn't seem that this principle applies to the Guess store employees. I will never walk in that store again or buy anything from Guess, unless that loud, disco music is replaced with something else. And I hope if anyone from the corporate office is reading this comment, actually does something about it, because you cannot afford to lose customers right and left.
I went to your storer To shop in cross County Yonkers N I was kicked out by Helen the assistant manager. She said that I wasn't allowed to shop there because I am related to an associate, shahrazad Jebara. When I asked why, She said you're not my employee I don't have to talk to you and walked away. I wrote a statement and no action was taken I want action to be taken I have been a loyal guess customer for 3 and a 1/2 yrs. I am still a customer that manager Helen should not have kicked me out... I need someone to contact me asap Please. My name is Ula Jebara Phone # 914-879-5806
Shopped at Guess at Georgian Mall in Barrie Ont. Canada Wow really rude staff . No one even says hello until they see you walking around with items in your hand. Really unprofessional staff. Will never shop there again. Teach your staff and managers how to be curtious to customers, rude rude staff.
