The employee working the grave shift at rainbow and smoke ranch is the most rude clerk I've ever come across. I will never spend a penny at a GV grocery. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and they put me on hold. Not in a professional manner either, I mean they set the phone down and continued their private conversation. I could hear them talking. I hung up. Obviously this company is ran poorly from the ground up!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. That store on buffulo and westcliff is really bad! There is an employee name Ashlie and I have never in my life seen or heard someone treat their customers this bad before. When I told her I'll call her boss and let them know how rude she is she looked at me and said what can they do about it but fire me I dare them to I'd love to sit on unemployement. All I could say was wow. Then one night around 2 am she was sitting in a white car smoking weed with some guy. I will never go back this is bad. I used to stop by there 2 or 3 times a day.

I have been in Las Vegas for 8 years now and I have finally found the worst I mean can not get any lower than this business for customer service. The Sunridge and Eastern location is the place. Go in in the evening and you will find out what I am talking about it is the best. I think the law reqires you to put beer in a bag this lady is so lazy and pissed off she can not even do that and so lazy she doesn't give out pennies as change, had to go in twice to verify but it is true. I will never spend another penny in one of these stores, they owe me 4 cents.
