NOT HAPPY WITH REWAEDS PROGRAM
When you have problem with a program I would think corporate would check it out and get back to the customer. Not in your case so hope you read this. We enrolled in your rewards program, so far the only points I have are the ones given when enrolled. We have gone to your establishment many times, average spending is $50. The last time was $120 and as of today no points have been posted. Is this the way you want to treat your customers? I requested an answer and so far nothing!!!!
Mothers Day Ruined
The Plymouth Mn location ruined my Mothers Day dinner, we were never greeted by the staff we found our own table, we had to get our own menus then we didn't get any service for 25 min. Our so called server seemed bothered that he had to do his job. I bring clients and friends to this place all the time and never have i been treated so badly. I cant say I will be going back to this hole.
grrrreat!!
I love the Green Mill in Roseville what a great Staff, and the rewards program is the best I've experienced. Every time I have been in that location I am with a friendly smile and the food is excellent! Keep up the great work night shift I will be back often on Thursday nights. Thank you Aaron Jahnke
Business Meeting Rating
While Green Mill is sticking to its guns for pizza and sandwiches, they are doing themselves no favors in their delivery of WiFi. (At least in their Hennepin Ave. Location) You know when its a sad day when during lunch we collectively decided that McDonalds has a far better WiFi connection than Green Mill. Enough said
Happy with Albert Lea
I like your big selection of beer and the variely of food that no one else in town offers. Very tasty food. The manager does a very good job of greating customer as well.
Not so Happy Birthday
Thank you Green Mill of Albert Lea for making my father's birthday a less than desirable location last weekend. As a long standing customer, his entire party was treated with ill service. We all felt like we were not welcome & a "bother" to our server. No recognition of the occasion either by server. (Bday drink or dessert). More undesirable events occurred as well but too much to mention. Considering other future dining options. It only takes a few jaded customers to turn into more in a small town. Very unfortunate.
IT S PRETTY BAD WHEN YOU HAVE A EMPLOYEE WORKING AT YOUR WAUSAU EATERY,THATS GOING TO SCHOOL TO BE A POLICE OFFICER,AND HE CALLED 911 TO TELL WHEN POEPLE WHO LEAVE YOUR PLACE THAT HE THINKS THEY HAD TO MUCH TO DRINK AND HE GETS THEM PICKED UP AND ITS OK WITH YOUR MANAGER. I BRING CUSTOMERS THERE EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK AND DONT THINK THAT RIGHT HE'S A MINER AND HE DRINKS THERE HIMSELF. IF YOU HIRE MORE GUYS LIKE JAKE YOUR WILL HURT.
Green Mill and their delivery service in St. Cloud is very poor. I called on Thursday, 10-13-2011 around 10 am for food to be delivered by noon for a lunch meeting in our office. The food was not delivered on time. It was at least 1/2 hour late. I called back to the Green Mill about 12:05. The phone rang 30 times at least before the phone was answered. There was confusion (I understand that they were busy), but I was told the food should be there soon. At 12:25 I called back to ask for the Manager as the food hadn't been delivered yet. The manager was unavailable and I was asked if she could call me back. Then the delivery came, while I was on the phone, and I said yes to call me back. I asked the delivery person if the couldn't find our office and was told no, they were just very busy. no apology for being 1/2 hour late and I would have to interupt the meeting with the food. The Manager called back at 1:20. I relayed the above info + the hamburgers were rare and I asked for them well done, and when she asked what she could do to make our next order better, I said that we would most likely not be ordering again. She said...Fabulous. Thanks for your call. And hung up. They had sent a $15 gift card along with the late order, so I know that they knew it was late when I called the 1st time. In fact, I'm not sure it was even prepared by then. I would have been happy with a phone call from them telling me they were very busy and the order would be late. I feel the service is unacceptable and hope that this can be corrected for future customers.
Our family of 5 enjoyed a nice lunch at the Green Mill in The Rose Dale store in Minneapolis. Unfortunately, when we were leaving , I picked up a card on the Cashiers desk about Alzheimers. Because I am the early Stages of this terrible disease, I ready the card. It was so negative and implied that I was doomed to die. Do you really need to have those cards that are so negative in a place where they are visable to all of your customers? It ruined my day and I do not wish to return.
