not satisfied with purchase and the way my problem was handled

Canton Store Manager Very Rude Unprofessional

Sad to say but the sales people tried to handle the situation better than the manager over 3,000.00 dollars and several missed work days to be treated like crap and sill without merchandise.

Please be sure you are submitting your complaints to the BBB. They have an A+ rating on there from no one.

Very Rude people to be in business

We just bought a server, dining room set and the pub table with the marble top, they delivered 5 dining room tables because the tops were so screwed up with scratches ( not because of the marbles natural surface) and now they said they will not deliver any more and they will not refund us the full amount when we asked them to take it all back!!!!!

We bought a server, dining rm set and a pub table ,all that matched, they had to deliver 5 tables and still cant get it right and now they said they will not deliver any more and when we told them to pick up everything they found all kinds of charges to deduct!!!

Also good luck on corporate returning or answering your calls. They are just as sorry as their merchandise. I wouldn't give less then 1 star if I could.

I am very unhappy with the decision made by Gardner White's service department. They said pilling, shredding, and exposed bars are normal wear and tear for a couch that is less than a year old! I spoke to Jeff who snapped at me because I asked him to repeat something I didn't hear. This is the service department at Gardner White at corporate headquarters. Absolutely disappointing. How do they stay in business. I know.....because the furniture last for 10 months, then you need a new set.

Horrible Service

Gardner White has poor customer service. I was very upset when a Sales Rep. named Timothy Watson AKA, TJ Watson sold me a living room set that I had been wanting for 3yrs. and then calls me 3 days later to tell me that he sold my furniture to another couple. I was highly upset because he was the one that messed up and the only thing he could tell me was that there was nothing he could do about it. I was not compensated for it in anyway. He just hung up and didn't even try to fix the problem. So now I am without my living room set and was charged $2500. I have the receipt to prove it.
