I recently moved to California and was given a very nice Franklin Planner/purse. Unfortunately the name of the size of inserts I need is not noted on the inside. It requires a smaller size than my old Franklin Planner - Classic. Therefore, I cannot order the new calendar inserts on-line, since I do not know the size needed. After spending all morning searching various Franklin web sites for a local retailer, I find that all the stores in the San Francisco East Bay Area have disconnected phones. This is very frustrating. The fact that these phone numbers have been disconnected, indicate the stores are closed. Why are these web sites still on the Web?
