Was given a 30 day trial as a gift. Decided to cancel before the trial was over and spoke with a person at the check-in desk who asked for my name and address. The looked me up in the computer and asked for my key fob. That's all nothing more needed. Nine months later, I have been turned over to collections and so far the company has not been able (or willing) to assist me in removing these charges. Research now shows that this seems to be standard operating procedure for them. Always do research on a company and only support those with integrity.

Impossible to cancel. They charge you 2 months after you cancel and overcharge. Beware.
